5 /5 catherine knuteson: In the ER, I received prompt and competent care. My only complaint was that the treatment room (13) was very cold. I was transported to an inpatient room…again, competent, safe care! The nurses were great, the dietary staff were friendly and helpful (food was good!) and the doctor clearly explained the medical plan. I was very pleased with my care!!!

1 /5 Richard Bernal-Silva: My First experience with collier Physician for high blood pressure was a 1 star . It improved to an 5 star after I was check by Dr. Scola, he very thorough as explained to me by my personal physician in N.J. that being said after i requested my results for my last tests there hasnt been a timely response I am still waiting. So the 3 star is my final evaluation. I am hoping it goes back to a 5 star experience. Please note that they all Doctors just some are better than others. Also having a billing issue for overpayment, will see if that can be reconciled.

3 /5 Cindy Borowsky: I would’ve given a five, but I was very disturbed with registration process. I was told to arrive at 7 AM for what I thought was a 830 procedure. It was Monday morning and registration was really busy, they told somebody they came for a blood draw. It would be at least two hours! However, they were not very friendly or cooperative when I inquired after Waiting at 7:50, Man at the front desk said your next it shouldn’t be long. However, somebody else went ahead of me. Finally around 8 o’clock I was registered but the man at the front desk told me “just so you know your procedure is not scheduled until 11 AM.” That upset me, but I found out he was totally wrong in a few minutes when they called me back!! Once I went back for the procedure, the staff was totally professional and efficient. I have only very positive things to say for them. The procedure went well. The Recovery was great and like I said, the nurses and doctors were pros! Very pleased with this part of the process. So I guess if they have a problem with their process, it’s better that it’s in the front end!

5 /5 Kristine Lake: I recently had surgery at Physician’s Regional. I cannot say enough about the amazing people there and what a positive experience it was. Surgery is never something you look forward to, so having such amazing people around me, caring for me, laughing, and joking with me, made it the best possible experience. The check-in process was easy. My nurse was amazing…kind, professional, smart, personable and thorough. My Anesthesiologist was also kind and professional yet took the time to talk to me and make me laugh. The team removed any sense of fear that I had. My surgeon is also kind and wonderful. It was a very warm environment and I felt totally at ease. I certainly hope that I don’t have to have another surgery, but if I do, I hope it’s at Physician’s Regional. It would be great to see that team again and thank them for all they do. So if you read this, THANK YOU!

1 /5 JD Peters: Reception was fine. I had blood drawn and that as fine. I needed two tests done in radiology and there was no one at the desk in radiology to advise. One test was done which was also fine. However no one was around to ask about the third test or to tell me where to go. I need up leaving and had to try and reschedule. Then while trying to reschedule I was told I had to pay for the test I missed again. That has yet to be resolve. No a good experience at all.
