Perfect Nails and Spa - Jacksonville (FL)

Brooklyn McLeod This is my favorite and only place I will get my nails done. I live on the north side and there are many salons that are much closer, but I love this place and will always make the drive. They have talented nail artists & a beautiful luxury looking space that is very clean. When I come, they always remember me and know what I like. I feel like I am coming to visit friends. One of my favorite memories of being there was around Halloween time, I got my nails done and we watched the Annabell movie together. I dont have a lot of friends or family, and I am alone a lot, so being able to watch a movie with someone meant a lot to me. For Christmas I got a gift from them for being a loyal customer, I was shocked because Ive never been treated so well at a nail salon before where I got a gift. Any other nail salon I just feel like a customer. At Bartram Nails, they make me feel like I am more than just a customer. Thank you for everything you guys do! It really makes my day!

Semegn Tilahun I appreciate and love Cozy Nail. The service is amazing. Ive been coming here for years and wouldnt go anywhere else. Yes sometimes you have to wait, but patience is a virtue. They make sure i leave looking and feeling amazing. Each visit I witnessed from all the staffs, they are very friendly and try their best to give everyone the best experience possible. Cynnez Young I appreciated walking in and someone was at the reception area waiting to greet and assist me. The inside was lovely and simple which I love. No appointment was required and I was serviced immediately (no wait). They used this cool machine to buff my feet which felt greet, I thought that was very unique and innovative as well as time saving for me and the technician. My technician was very invested into removing the dead skin around my cuticles and that is literally my favorite nail tech!!! I love seeing and peeling that away, it just makes the nail/feet look fresh and appealing! I wonder if they plan to update the outside area to make it more appealing. It may be different shifts but there were not a lot of technicians working on this Friday. I am curious about them offering drinks, since I had water with me they did not ask but I also did not see other patrons with a drink from the establishment. I worry that outsiders walking pass may not be drawn to come in as the outside has an outdated look. I think adding the extra service of offering a beverage or a warm aromatic shoulder pad would elevate the already wonderful service. Overall my nails look good for me getting regular polish and the state of my nail beds. I opted for regular polish since I just took off acrylic I knew gel/dip would just separate and crack. So the regular polish isnt as flat and clean but again she did a great job with how my nails are. Will be back for that gel service end of April before my trip! Thank you for your wonderful service

Sara Hearn I LOVE my nails!! I had two people working on them, unfortunately I do not remember names. The lady shaped mine PERFECTLY! And the man who took over after, painted them greater than my expectations and worked hard on them! I appreciate that so much. Will definitely return, and recommend.

Carol Anne Fendig I have now come to this place twice. They are without a doubt the best in Jacksonville. If you are so indecisive, like me, then they will show you what you really want. I always need a little help picking out my colors, and they nail it every time. I had the beautiful Consuelo do my nails. If you like Almond shape nails, then this is your girl. She can do sooo much. I give her a picture of the nails I want and she executes them perfectly. I also was paired with Nathalie for my toes. What I love about her is our conversations and amazing massages while I’m getting my feet done. She does a great job with anything you want for your toes. My favorite part about this place is the beautiful language that is spoken. I just love it. It is so unique to have a nail salon that speaks Spanish. The women are kind, beautiful and accommodating. The music in the building is fun and enjoyable as well. I would recommend them 10/10 every time.

Rachelin D Since I’ve lived here for a year, I have constantly been coming here. The service I receive is always wonderful. I always have great conversations and feel so welcome by each employee. This time around, I had Allen do my nails and she did amazing as we chatted it up. I have the inspo picture with the pink “aura” look and I really wanted a red base. Allen nailed the look for what I was imagining. Can’t wait to come back again as always.

Lisa Chlapowski Wow Dara did an amazing job on my nails for a wedding I’m attending! She used Dip and they are beautiful!! Van gave me an incredible massage and an absolutely relaxing pedicure! Wonderful experience!
