I moved to Jacksonville from Virginia and my aunt recommended this salon. I have
NEVER had my acrylic set look so good, normally nail places never get my cuticles down well and get the acrylic down so I was beyond impressed at how much she cared about the work she was doing. Absolutely will return to see her again!
UPDATE: It absolutely matters who you see at this salon!! One of them cut my cuticle in two spots causing bleeding so I haven’t sat with her again. As mentioned above, Hanna was busy when I went in on a Friday morning, so I sat with another person. This was the first time I’ve been back in a couple months since I had a baby. She did not do a very good job, once I left the salon I started noticing issues left and right. My acrylics are super thick, not cleaned up and I wish she grabbed someone more skilled in nail art than botching the snowflake. I will be going back tomorrow see if they will fix it and update on how that’s handled as I’ve never been unhappy enough to go back wanting to get them fixed before.

UPDATE: I went in to get them fixed, ultimately just having them remove the set and get a new one on. It seemed I just paid for a new set, I’m not sure if the charged me for the removal of the first set or not.
