A Pritchett I was worried about being assigned here after seeing the reviews... but I have not had a problem yet. They have always answered when I call, staff has been nice and professional, get appts pretty quick along with referrals. Have been to quite a few clinics and this one has been more helpful than other ones.

J Pinto Took a year to schedule this appointment and wasnt able to get the provider I wanted. Dr. Pareek was condescending, and none of the medical team took my medical history or looked at the records I brought. Dr. Pareek seems knowledgeable, and I did learn new things in the visit, however, he reminds me of everything wrong with the healthcare system: not up to date, dismissive/gaslighting, and no regard for the patients history (which goes beyond "ranges of normalcy"; ex: just because my BP is within normal range does NOT mean that its normal for ME). As someone that has worked in healthcare simply to understand how it works, find someone that wants to get to know your body and allows you to make informed decisions; beware those that assume and tell you what to do without much information provided and then belittle you for taking charge of your OWN health. For more positives: The rest of the staff was friendly. Facilities are clean and organized. The Advent app and website is great.

Timothy Kallen Went here to have a procedure done. Very easy check in. Registration all was very quick and easy. Facility was outstanding. My Daughter picked dropped me and picked me up, she said it doesnt even have that Hospital smell. Did not go to cafeteria so not sure how good it was. But everyone was courteous and very friendly. Nursed in outpatient were outstanding. Great care.

Addier santos La Dr Amanda is the doctor that any human being would like to have at their side while they are sick. She is an excellent human being and professionally very well prepared. I recommend this place and these doctors. The service is excellent from the receptionists to the medical assistants. Dr. Johnson is excellent as well. I would give them 10 stars if possible.

Linda C. Smith My husband was attended to immediately. He received thorough care and was advised to be admitted for further testing. My husband was refusing this. A second doctor, a supervisor, came in to explain and stress the importance of being admitted and finding the source of infection. I am grateful for that advice, which we followed.

Sharon Jurado Since I started coming here not once have I been called in on time. Waiting times are 1 1/2-2 hrs before you see a Dr. when I asked the staff about the waiting times I get attitude and asked if I want to cancel. It’s so sad that now in days everything is about money, they over book, we had to wait standing up because there’s so many people in the waiting room. This is what life has become, all about numbers, they don’t care about patients or their well being, they spend less then 10 mins with the patient while waiting 2-3 hrs to see a dr. So make sure if you have a little one to bring plenty of snacks and toys to keep them entertained because you will be there a while.

B C Yesenia and the Nurse Practitioner, Beth were really nice. The nurse was very thorough and knowledgeable before my surgery. Sarah is also nice and made me feel at ease when I went in to get my cataract taken out.

D Huynh Do the nurses here start their shifts by walking around the hospital and introducing themselves to every patient until their shift ends? Ive only been here for 3 days, but I’ve met about 20 new names and faces that I would never see again. It’s wild how many people come through! Kidding aside, I truly enjoyed my stay here thanks to my nurses and tech. Due to the blood loss caused by my condition, my brain wasn’t functioning properly, and I struggled to process information and communicate, including slurred speech at times. Despite this, the staff responsible for my care were incredibly supportive and understanding. Everyone here was exceptional and friendly. They treated me with respect and kindness, always responding quickly. A special shoutout to my nurses and tech: Alexander, Carlos, and Rowana. This hospital truly has some of the best people in the world, and I’m grateful to have been under their care. Alex went above and beyond to make me feel cared for. He was exceptional, kind, understanding, funny, and incredibly caring. Alex was truly the best of the best, and I’ll always keep him in my heart. May God bless him, wherever he may be.

Nancy Soto Took my mom and dr recommended a hospital stay for observation. My mom agreed and we waited 4 hrs for ambulance and my mom became mad at the wait and wanted to go home. I convinced her at 7pm to wait 1/2 hrs for more. At 7.30pm we were told it could still be 2-3 hrs more for the ambulance. We left. So I have to say it was not pleasant at all.
