5 /5 Nikki Brooks: I have been coming to the office for many years. My last experience with Danielle who performed my ultrasound in the PGA office was so refreshing. Such a kind and nice person. She actually seemed like she truly cared. It is so hard to find caring and thorough staff in healthcare these days. Danielle made me feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing; she is a true professional.

1 /5 Nichola Baye: NEXT! I’ve used this location once and I am largely unimpressed… Not a single person in the building has their story straight. It’s honestly pretty unbelievable. I had an appointment weeks back. I called to check on my results several times as the portal (Athena health) had not been updated. Only once did I get a call back in the 3 calls I made to the results line. The return call left a voicemail saying my Quest results were in. Yesterday I call their office and speak to someone for 5 minutes. They advise that my results are available and they can’t release them to me because they aren’t authorized. I ask that someone who is authorized call me back. No callback…. So, today- almost 24 hours later- I go into the office and physically request my results. I don’t need paper copies, a verbal will suffice. And, a different staff member at the front desk starts saying “all” my results are still pending which I know isn’t true because I’ve seen my results from Quest… These people in this office need to get on the same page. Health status seemingly isn’t valued here…and that is terrifying. As I said, NEXT!

1 /5 Makenzie Deluca: I can honestly not say a single good thing about this practice. If you care about the health of yourself and your child then you need to find a different practice to provide care to you. To start, I was dropped from care at 33 weeks through a letter in the mail for failure to prepay despite being on a payment plan and having already paid a significant amount towards the balance. The OB Coordinator Asia ignored multiple attempts at contact initiated by both myself and my husband to try and figure out what was going on. Multiple voicemails and emails were sent regarding this urgent issue and yet to this day she has still never responded. Afterwards it took us a few months to get a refund of all the money paid toward the prepayment which was critical as we needed the money to pay a new provider. Outside of this very extreme issue, we experienced multiple negative encounters. Including waiting over 2+ hours for a scheduled appointment and being told multiple times “you are going to have a long wait unless you are the very first appointment of the day.” This was not a one time occurrence, every single appointment we sat in the waiting room for way past the scheduled time missing hours of work and pay. Providers rushing in and out of the room as quickly as possible during appointments due to over scheduling. I could hardly ask a question during my appointments without the providers inching towards the door to leave and looking aggravated when I did have a question, as it was my first pregnancy. Sending urine samples off to the lab without consent for STD testing during multiple office visits. Which was only partially covered by our insurance so now we are stuck with multiple $100 bills from this. Extremely rude receptionists and schedulers both in person and on the phone. Overall, it was very clear from the beginning that this practice only cares about the money and it shows in the lack of care given to the patients. This practice genuinely caused me so much stress and unhappiness during a time that should have been the happiest of my life. Instead of relaxing and focusing on final preparations and having a positive birth, I was sent on a scramble to even find a provider who would take someone on so close to the end of pregnancy. Run far far away from this practice and find the care you deserve elsewhere because I promise you, you will not receive it here.
