Boston Leemyers I called to let them know a life saving medication that they prescribed me could not be filled by any pharmacy. They refused to send a note to the doctor so they were aware to stop prescribing this medication unless you are intentionally setting patients up for failure. The nurse said it was my problem not hers & hung up the phone on me mid sentence. Do not waste your time with a facility that only wants your money and has no desire to help you. s

Peg Futvoye-Sterling One of Our Lords Promises of His Power is to make good out of what the devil intends to destroy. My son contracted infections. That led us on a journey of hospitals to address his severely damaged heart. And "This" hospital and its entire "Staff" has "His Heart" and my son doing miraculously well. One of the most priceless attributes is ... not only do they care ... but by golly if there is a way ... they will find it ... you can bet your life on it ! Thank you so much. Amber Salinas I delivered my daughter on 6/24 at Shands and I am so grateful that we chose to deliver here. It came highly recommended by friends. I had such a positive birth experience!! My nurses were amazing. The room was spacious and clean. Even the recovery rooms are a good size. My L&D nurse, Chelsea, was a great advocate for me and my birth plan. Everyone was genuinely so kind and attentive. They took great care of me and my baby. I wish I could give more stars. Thank you so much for giving me the best experience! I am eternally grateful.

Alison (Ruth Esther) Free coffee at the main hospital front entrance and a shuttle golf cart ride from the parking lot on a rainy day are big pluses in my book. It’s a long drive from Jacksonville but the friendly staff and professional care was worth it.

John Hildebrant I had a routine, outpatient procedure done recently. All the staff, including, Dr. Collins, were very friendly and made the experience very comfortable. Also, they called back the two times I called before my procedure to ask questions. Additionally, they called the next day to check on my well-being.

Teri Wenz I would recommend Dr Altbuch to anyone looking for great care. He is patient, thorough, and very cordial. He explains everything in ways his patient can understand & feel comfortable with. Hes just an all-around wonderful physician!
