Laura OBrien Every person I interacted with was extremely nice and helpful. Before my first session, I called various dentists in Jax. They had the most affordable rates I found. At my appointment, I was extremely impressed by the service (better than what I paid much more for in the past), and I already scheduled my next appointment.

John 13:7 They treated me with personalized professionalism. Its a dentist office and it can suck sometimes just having to be at any doctors office. Its really appreciative when they make it an easy and fun experience. The staff smiles and lets you know everything that is going to happen. They make sure your comfortable and are really good at what they do. My doctor has stay hands and it makes for a quicker and more successful result. Get me good and out of there with me not even feeling like I was there long. I hear stories of a few other places - Im thankful that you make this tuff time in my life am easier one.

Jennifer R. Aiello My daughter has extreme anxiety and a lot of dental issues. This is the third dentist weve tried this year; the other two wouldnt treat her for various reasons. This is the first office she has felt safe and comfortable enough to get the work that she needs done! The staff were very sweet, conversational, and very gentle with her. Dee Miller This is an update to my last review. We still love our San Jose location. In fact, we went today. What incredible thing happened today?? They know my husband has Dementia..so they take EXTRA special care of him. Are super Super kind and patient. They come up with creative ways to help him understand what they need. The appointments take longer. They NEVER complain. Teresa, Dr. Chavis, Dr. Jung, Jeannette. The other lovely young lady up front with the long dark hair. Super sweet. Honestly..every single person there has been kind. I am so grateful. They provide dentistry from the heart. Highly Highly recommend ❣❣❣

Farrah Winant I just had my first cleaning at River Oaks Dental. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist office! My dental hygienist Rachel was amazing! She was extremely thorough and took ample time to capture initial photos, X-rays, scans, etc. I have not had this good of a cleaning in a long time. I transferred from another dentist and wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to transfer. I am already looking forward to my next visit. Dr. Monteiro was amazing as well. She is very caring and wants to make sure that my oral health is properly monitored considering my history. I have not received this level of concern at my previous provider. I felt very welcomed from the moment I made the appointment to just a few minutes ago when Rachel followed up with post appointment. This is a great group of professionals that handle everyone with kindness and humanity! I highly recommend River Oaks Dental for all of your dental needs!!

Kieran Connell Super clean and friendly staff. My appointment was at 2:30. I got there early and I was done with X-rays by 2:29 and then called back at 2:33. They were thorough and explained everything they were doing. Highly recommend this team!
