1 /5 mo sun: Hi this is just your friendly neighborhood guy dropping by for another fresh reminder of how this company ripped me off about 20 years ago when I was only 20 years old. Back then, there was no Google reviews so they could get away with ripping me off for $1600 bucks (well over $3000 considering inflation). They did some work on the undercarriage, citing a problem with the "drive shaft", costing me $400 bucks ($1000 considering inflation) and the repair did not hold up for even 2 days. So then they cited the "chunk" on my 4 wheel drive system was the problem. Additional $1600 bucks but they GUARANTEED me that would fix the problem. I said are you sure? The kid Kirk said "I guarantee it". I guess bcus he had that much faith that his father could do it. They took my money $1600 bucks on top of already $400 for a job working repair, replaced the chunk and i drove off and it started grinding up exactly the same again just 2 miles down the road. So i took that grinding mess back to the shop and they told me i should just cut MY losses. They took no responsibility for the $1600 bucks even though i wasnt even asking about the first $400 wasted. And when I said I could sue them for not fixing my truck and wasting my money they successfully discouraged me from trying to sue them by telling me "They didnt break the truck, only tried to fix it" ... This is after Im being told they will not give any portion of the money back. They didnt care the repairs did not hold up. They didnt know there would one day be a place like Google where old ripped off customers could come and tell their story to potentially thousands of "would-be" customers. I notice the owner is in the comments arguing with everybody who leaves a one star review. See what i mean? Customer is never right here! Stay away
