Dr. Gonzalez has been fantastic along with Dr. Shah, Dr Spain & Norisha & all the others that have taken care of my husband who’s extremely complicated patient needing (8) different specialists to treat all co- . Truely “A God send” working hours on my husband‘s life. If you’re needing Infectious Disease, I highly recommend this office. Professional personable, willing to listen to their patients & explain and answer questions Also…their staff is fantastic at the office.:-) thank you so much for all that you do for my husband!

Dean Gionis Took my mother into see Dr. Jablonski because he was highly recommended by her PcP but was assigned to Dr. Davuidik. The check process was very easy and went smoothly. The doctor was pleasant, but I feel the visit was rushed. It seems like nowadays patients are nothing more than a number to them and the lack of caring is not there anymore. We received a call from Jordan on Monday on the voicemail stating that the results were in and to call their office but left no number. The only option is to call the 800 number on the website and you speak to a representative and they have to go through a “chain of command “ by sending a message to the care team and there is no direct line to reach the office Or the person who left the message. This is a ridiculous process when trying to simply get lab results and find out what treatment is recommended. This is extremely inconvenient for someone who has a busy schedule. I cannot sit by the phone and wait for a call back. If I had other choices, I would take them elsewhere. Just another example of how poorly disorganized Orlando health is as an organization.

rebecca traynor Lindsay, Is an exceptional practitioner. During my recent visit she took the time to thoroughly address all my concerns and made me feel well cared for. Her professionalism and attentiveness did not go unnoticed. I truly felt I was in capable hands

Gladys Gomez I went to my first appointment, and they are super professional. The nurses and the male nurse are very attentive and polite. Dr. Sergio Menéndez is the best doctor who has ever attended to me in my life. He is very understanding and professional. He examined me thoroughly, and his recommendations helped with my discomfort. I am grateful to his team. The clinic is very clean and organized. They speak Spanish, English, and Portuguese, so you will feel very comfortable with your language.

MR Ravi 5 stars for Dr. Kapoor! He is a 1 man Care team. I have worked with many physicians and had quite a few run ins with doctors but his care that he has provided me is simply Amazing! He goes the extra mile to educate and show you that he does care for your well-being. I am so glad I chose him as my primary care. Thanks Dr. Kapoor

Tristin McCauley Dr. House was my last primary, nearly 15 years ago. Hes the best doctor Ive ever had. I wish I could travel to Orlando just to have him care for me again! Tampa to Orlando isnt that far and hes so worth it!

Michael Arnold From the time I entered the waiting room I was greeted and taken good care of by the ladies behind the desk. Dr. Grow spent almost an hour with me. I found him to extremely professional, knowledgeable, caring and kind. He assured me he had enough blood labs to work with and would get back to me by Friday, February 7. I heard from his PA today (Thursday). That have set me up with future procedures. I was totally impressed with the entire practice.

Saundra Ebben Dr Ramnarain was great! He explained everything he was going to do beforehand. He was engaging while giving me stitches, which helped keep my mind off of it, and seemed to genuinely care about my comfort and treatment. I wish all doctors had such a great bedside manner, it really put me at ease. Id also add that the nurses and front desk staff were also top notch in helpfulness, empathy, and they all smiled while interacting with me. That in itself, made me feel like everything was going to be alright. Ill definitely be recommending Guidewell to others needing quality minor emergency care. Thanks everyone for making a painful situation less stressful :)

Ms. MONIQUE Monique, Getting into trucking over 50 I was there Thursday 26th and I had a great experience at the imaging dept. I was there for my yearly mammogram. Only critic, I have is , if the radiologist sees something, before you actually leave the facility maybe ask for additional images right then and there or even an ultrasound, especially if the person has previous history. But overall all of the techs and front desk employees were very nice and professional. I would recommend them to my friends most definitely
