Mrs.Bonnie was the absolute best, she was quick at answering all my call, texts and emails. The owner is a blessing in disguise! I hope I never have another issue, but if I do I know exactly who to go to. Thank y’all again, I appreciate it more than words could ever describe!

CreativeWEB Let me tell you something about Avenue Garage and, in particular, the customer service received by them on my recent visit to their shop to get SL fixed. I have a 2006 Mercedes. SL55 AMG, which had a big issue with the ABC hydraulic system and pump, which was leaking. A notoriously difficult and complicated repair to do, only a specialist is advised to undertake such a repair...The ABC system in these cars are highly advamced and complicated and so a specialist shop amd mechanic is needed to even tackle a hydraulics system that the 55 AMG possesses. I bought my car in, and they expertly fixed the leaking pump. But afterward, there was another issue. Some other elements related to the abc system failed, and they fixed and corrected these additional elements with no issues at all. Jason is my representative at Avenue Garage, and the level of service and professionalism I have received from him is outstanding. If you have a high-performance vehicle that has a complicated issue, think no further, then bringing it to Avenue Garage. These guys, these mechanics, these service agents are amongst the best Ive ever seen in the business, and Ive owned several high-end vehicles. I will only bring my cars to Avenue. Garage moving forward, very happy with the service Ive received. A big thank you goes out to jason for all your assistance and knowledge on getting my car back on top. The office manager/receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, guiding me through everything I needed with care and professionalism. As someone with no prior experience dealing with a repair service like this, I felt completely informed and supported. Jake went above and beyond, keeping me updated throughout the entire process and making me feel welcome to ask any questions. His professionalism and communication made a stressful situation much easier. While it was unfortunate that I needed their services, I’m grateful for the experience I had with Caliber. If I ever need auto repairs again, I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Margaret Miller This is the only place we will take our cars for service. Employees are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I was running errands when I noticed one of my tires was down to 12 pounds. Driving on a low tire is stressful and I made my way to Gorman’s. They said they couldn’t look at it just that moment, but offered me a ride home, which I accepted. Between the time I dropped my car off and arrived at our home was less than 15 minutes. I did not have to wait around for the shuttle to take me home. Although I was not thrilled I needed a new tire, I was very happy that Gorman made everything very easy. This type of experience is what I always have at Gorman.

Ross Herrington I cannot say enough about this shop. They were very professional and got my truck back on the road for a reasonable price. The owner Adrian went above and beyond almost any mechanic I’ve dealt with in the past. He even helped my driver find a place to stay in the area during the breakdown. Very easy to communicate with. Excellent service. Highly recommended!

They worked as quickly as possible to get me new tires, wheel alignment etc. They exceeded expectations and are great to work with. Customer service is outstanding.
