Luke Render Great location. Knowledgeable and friendly staff members. They fixed my faulty valve stem in under an hour. Might have been in under 30 minutes. They have wifi, but you have to ask for the password. Comfortable waiting room. Bathrooms. No coffee. They have a counter setup for coffee, but no coffee. Disappointing. They do not have any beverages. Bathrooms are nice. Nate, the manager, is a very nice young man, and it carries over to their staff.

Jeff Lewis Jordan came out on time and let me know he was on the way. I am not a mechanic but am knowledgeable about cars and do 95% of my own repairs and maintenance. I ran into something that stumped me for 2 weeks and couldnt get past it. He figured it out and gave me two options to fix it. He is very knowledgeable, fair, clean, positive and professional. I will use him again and will recommend him in the future to anyone who needs a good mechanic.

Patrick Harrison Quickly diagnosed the no start issue with my car. It was the starter. Then they got/installed a new starter, the new starter sounds so solid, much better. Great/timly job. I was going to have to tow it but now it will never be necessary! Mucho thanks.

Brian Carlson JSN Auto Repair in Punta Gorda was the Best experience I have had getting my car serviced! The lowest price, by far, for full synthetic oil change. The service technician, I need to get his name, was very thorough and wasnt happy until it was perfect!! The manager Gordon was 5 Star for customer service!! As a matter of fact, All the employees were 5 Star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I just made them My Auto Repair shop for Good!!! Thank you for a great experience at an Auto Repair shop!!!

Zstorm Games Called Paul as I was stranded at Walmart! He acted quick and had a tow truck out the next day, and had my Civic back up and running in a day! He was super cool, and the shop seemed very knowledgeable when I heard his techs talking to him in the front office, made me feel a lot safer taking my vehicle here! If I ever need any future repairs I’ll be taking my cars here!

James Porzio Saturday the 06 11 2025. I called for an appointment for the auto butler service because I am going away. I didnt expect to really get anything, but, to my surprise, I did. The service coordinator was very helpful. She they would call me see how soon they could get me in. Within 20 minutes I received a call and the young fellow said he would see if there were any openings. He asked me to be patient while he looked. Much to my surprise he got back on the phone and said there was a cancelation on early Saturday morning. He asked if I would like that one. Other than that, it would be about a month and a half. I took it and showed up for my appointment. They were prompt and courteous. My vehicle came back sparkling clean. Very happy and always good service. I would recommend the service staff to anyone.

Tom Macho I brought my car to Franks and had my back brakes and rotors replaced as well as a brake flush after a local dealership tried to lie about replacing something else unrelated. I appreciated Joe taking the time to thoroughly explain things, Joans kindness at the front desk and the loaner car they provided at no additional cost.
