cherri Im so glad I found A&E!! Ive been there twice now. What great service, and kind, efficient people who clearly really like where they work, and it shows. I was given a thorough detailed estimate before hand each time. The work was done in the amount of time estimated, actually a bit less both times. I got a detailed report with pictures, and explanation of work. I never paid more than estimate, and once significantly less. They were great about helping me prioritize what really needed to be done now, and what could wait. I got good, practical advice, and I am so grateful. There is a really nice waiting room with coffee and snacks and magazines. I cant say enough about how thoughtful and friendly these people are. Its so refreshing. I was referred to them by a shop that was unable to do the first repair I needed, a cable replaced that operated the gas cap flap. So, if u like great service, and great people this is your place to go for repairs and service.

Grisham James Amazing service. Called in on a Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday. Car was fixed on Wednesday before even 2pm. My a/c didn’t even blow out hot air before the Auto Air guys touched it. Now, thanks to them it’s like the arctic in my car. 1 year warranty on the parts and labor. Decent and honest pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Margaret Miller This is the only place we will take our cars for service. Employees are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I was running errands when I noticed one of my tires was down to 12 pounds. Driving on a low tire is stressful and I made my way to Gorman’s. They said they couldn’t look at it just that moment, but offered me a ride home, which I accepted. Between the time I dropped my car off and arrived at our home was less than 15 minutes. I did not have to wait around for the shuttle to take me home. Although I was not thrilled I needed a new tire, I was very happy that Gorman made everything very easy. This type of experience is what I always have at Gorman.

Richard Lingsch I recently had my AC fixed by Walt’s Garage. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had cool air blowing the same day. They are thorough, efficient, and courteous. Walt’s runs their business with integrity and a genuine focus on the customer. I highly recommend Walt’s Garage.

Mike Albert Called dealer for a wheel alignment and was told two weeks for an appointment. I called JSN in Port Charlotte and was told that they had openings. I was greeted quickly and the information was taken. I was told that there would be a short wait as there was another car getting an alignment. In a short period of time, my Jeep was taken back and worked on. Besides having a waiting room, they have a bench outside and a large window that looks into the shop so you can see what is being done. They are a full service shop with trained and knowledgeable technicians as well as being friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Even though we live 45 minutes away, I think I found my new service shop.
