Barbara Kininmonth Edwin and Matt are angels. After a bad tire on I 75 they took care of me with great care, empathy and professionalism. They worked as quickly as possible to get me new tires, wheel alignment etc. They exceeded expectations and are great to work with. Customer service is outstanding. I will be forever grateful to them.

Tom Macho I brought my car to Franks and had my back brakes and rotors replaced as well as a brake flush after a local dealership tried to lie about replacing something else unrelated. I appreciated Joe taking the time to thoroughly explain things, Joans kindness at the front desk and the loaner car they provided at no additional cost. I will now be bringing my car back here for future service.

john morrissey Yes i have a 1980 Pontiac trans am indy pace car. Scott and his team found that i severe muffler damage. At this time they felt that the dual tail pipes are alright and did not need replacing. I brought it in at 8:30 and i got it back end of that day. Yet he had so many cars to work on. They’re a great team. I recommend going there for any of your car concerns. Talk to scott.

Grisham James Amazing service. Called in on a Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday. Car was fixed on Wednesday before even 2pm. My a/c didn’t even blow out hot air before the Auto Air guys touched it. Now, thanks to them it’s like the arctic in my car. 1 year warranty on the parts and labor. Decent and honest pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Luke Render Great location. Knowledgeable and friendly staff members. They fixed my faulty valve stem in under an hour. Might have been in under 30 minutes. They have wifi, but you have to ask for the password. Comfortable waiting room. Bathrooms. No coffee. They have a counter setup for coffee, but no coffee. Disappointing. They do not have any beverages. Bathrooms are nice. Nate, the manager, is a very nice young man, and it carries over to their staff.

Baylee Ann This place was incredible randy was hilarious and honest we enjoyed talking to him he gave us alot of information and was helpful. Highly recommend this place if you want great service with people who know what there doing!!
