The owner Adrian went above and beyond almost any mechanic I’ve dealt with in the past. He even helped my driver find a place to stay in the area during the breakdown. Very easy to communicate with. Tom Macho I brought my car to Franks and had my back brakes and rotors replaced as well as a brake flush after a local dealership tried to lie about replacing something else unrelated. I appreciated Joe taking the time to thoroughly explain things, Joans kindness at the front desk and the loaner car they provided at no additional cost. Roger Mattila Tom Nichols Mobile Repair & Maintenance is a Great and Reliable Family owned business. I contacted them to help our company get our Freightliner Box Running. The communication was great and they showed up at a very late hour to help us get our truck running. They arrived with all of the equipment to work in the dark and within a few hours, all of the repairs were made and the truck was running. Best of all, the price was very reasonable. If you need help, I would recommend Tom Nichols for the project. Keep up the good work and I will be using him again.

Margaret Miller This is the only place we will take our cars for service. Employees are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I was running errands when I noticed one of my tires was down to 12 pounds. Driving on a low tire is stressful and I made my way to Gorman’s. They said they couldn’t look at it just that moment, but offered me a ride home, which I accepted. Between the time I dropped my car off and arrived at our home was less than 15 minutes. I did not have to wait around for the shuttle to take me home. Although I was not thrilled I needed a new tire, I was very happy that Gorman made everything very easy. This type of experience is what I always have at Gorman.

Carol McAllister Went to Walmart on Monday about 9:30 to have 4 new tires put on my car. Was met by a courteous young man, Russ/Rusty, who just happened to be the one to put on my tires. He said to go do shopping or run errands, he would take care of me, and he would text me when he was finished. Was notified within 1 1/2 to 2 hours that the job was completed and my car was ready to be picked up. Ruthie was very pleasant when paying for the completed job. My experience with the people I dealt with was wonderful. Would not hesitate to go back. Of course, I would hope I would get Rusty to work on my car again. Very competent and courteous young man.
