Peter Solomon Very disappointed with the staff, and how they handle the patients, Dr Dunhill is an amazing doctor and have no problem with him. However, phone calls barely get call back prescription refills rarely get refilled, and my most recent incident just put the nail in the coffin. I had a 730 bloodwork exam. I got a call the night before from my person saying that I had to be there at 7:15. I arrived promptly at 7:15 in the parking lot was empty except for one other car. The doors were locked and the lights were out, so I waited outside, after a while I saw a single person inside walking around, turning on the lights and eventually open the door. I went inside and checked in for my exam, he told me to be seated because I will be called any second now. I asked if the nurses are already in because it seems like nobody else is there. He said no, no everyone’s here. I would’ve easily gone out to my car and done some work and rearrange my schedule. Should I thought that this would’ve gone on like it did. So I sat in the waiting room and at 7:40 and went up and asked again saying that my appointment was at 7:30 and he said they’re gonna be calling you any minute. I asked again are you sure people have arrived because it still looks like it’s an empty office. I had not seen anybody walking in and out. He said I already told you everybody’s here. I even said why was I called at 7:15 tonight yet even be seen at 7:40, and he said that’s an automated message that we have no control over. I said automated messages can be programmed to anytime you say, however, this call was a live person. so I sat down again at about 745 he went to the back to check if anybody was in the nurses station and came out without giving me any acknowledgment. At about 750 I decided I’m not going to wait anymore with misinformation. I got up and left. Very disappointed as I had been fasting for the exam I had back to back appointments booked, and I made the time to come in for a bloodwork, I could’ve easily imagined calling my appointments to postpone them if the front desk person were more straightforward with me. But the way this was handled was atrocious. I’m gonna have my blood work done at quest

Jacquelyn Neeson I delivered both of my children here and have visited the children’s ER 5 times. Some visits were true emergencies. Some were minor visits because it was the weekend and we couldn’t go to their regular pediatrician. We have received excellent care every single time. All the staff I have encountered have been professional, experienced and wonderful! Each visit I was made to feel like my children were in the absolute best hands. On one occasion my son had broken his arm and got immediate and excellent care. They even set his arm there instead of having us wait to go to the orthopedic surgeon the next day which helped his healing process. In another occasion my daughter arrived in DKA and was immediately diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. I’m forever grateful the staff was so reassuring to me during one of the scariest moments of my life. My daughter spent a couple days in the PICU and subsequently in the pediatric recovery ward. Every experience was exemplary. I’m so grateful to have this pediatric hospital so close by.

laura lora Absolutely amazing experience! Erez was so kind and knowledgeable—he took the time to explain everything about the NAD shot and even showed me how to do it myself at home. The whole process was smooth, and I felt completely comfortable. Great service, great people, and I 100% recommend this place!

He has patience, explains in details and thinks of every possible test that can be done to identify your diagnosis. We need more doctors like him. Wayneisha Lewis LABOR AND DELIVERY I will never have another child but if ever my mind changed, I will ONLY choose BROWARD HEALTH MEDICAL CENTER FORT LAUDERDALE. I hate hospitals, always avoid them for every reason possible until I had to deliver a baby and I chose them and I will ALWAYS choose them. The experience is 10/10 subtract nothing and add everything. Clean, friendly, professional, jovial, and everything positive. I had a spontaneous csection and EVERY SINGLE PERSON made me feel safe and secure. They held my hand as long as they could and made sure I was ok and reassured me even when I have doubts, that it will all be ok because I have the best. The staff believes Im their surgeons and it brings comfort. My baby boy is in the nicu for small complications but even as small as they are they treat them like the are major and he is attend to carefully and frequently. I am in love. Even my guests, agree with me. Everyone loves this place. It doesnt feel like a hospital but more like a hotel and part of me does not want to go home Lol Choose BHMC

Richard Cadien During my stay at kindred rehab it has been a wonderful experience. The nurses Sabine, Fabiola and the cna’s pascel and Jacqueline have made the time here wonderful. The therapy staff communicated well with each other to make sure my recovery was successful. John, Florise and Christine are a great team and helped in getting me home stronger. Dr. Bloomgarden took the time to listen to all questions and concerns throughout the process. Della the patient advocate always checked in with a smile.
