1 /5 Shai: Sheila, Shayla… whatever her name is was VERY rude and was not helpful at all.
There was obviously some confusion as to what my health insurance would or would not cover or deem “ urgent” regardless of what she was very rude, not helpful. I decided to call my health insurance with HER on the line and it was obvious she had an attitude, regardless if she felt some type of way about me having my health insurance on the line, there was no need for an attitude.
At the end of the day I AM a customer & she should be polite, and nobody was being rude to her, now I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there just based on my interaction with her.
That was uncalled for. And I would not go here or recommend anyone to go there, if the staff is acting like that.
