Brandon Roberts My experience with Caliber Collision was amazing from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, and every step of the process was seamless. The office manager/receptionist was incredibly helpful and friendly, guiding me through everything I needed with care and professionalism. As someone with no prior experience dealing with a repair service like this, I felt completely informed and supported. Jake went above and beyond, keeping me updated throughout the entire process and making me feel welcome to ask any questions. His professionalism and communication made a stressful situation much easier. While it was unfortunate that I needed their services, I’m grateful for the experience I had with Caliber. If I ever need auto repairs again, I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Tom Cottrell I dont rate too many fives because I believe most situations can always be improved, but I do believe the driver Ryan and My Mechanic Towing earned my 5 star rating! Ryan arrived much sooner than I expected and he was very courteous and professional from beginning to end. I felt very comfortable and assured my truck was in good hands! Carol McAllister Went to Walmart on Monday about 9:30 to have 4 new tires put on my car. Was met by a courteous young man, Russ/Rusty, who just happened to be the one to put on my tires. He said to go do shopping or run errands, he would take care of me, and he would text me when he was finished. Was notified within 1 1/2 to 2 hours that the job was completed and my car was ready to be picked up. Ruthie was very pleasant when paying for the completed job. My experience with the people I dealt with was wonderful. Would not hesitate to go back. Of course, I would hope I would get Rusty to work on my car again. Very competent and courteous young man.

john morrissey Yes i have a 1980 Pontiac trans am indy pace car. Scott and his team found that i severe muffler damage. At this time they felt that the dual tail pipes are alright and did not need replacing. I brought it in at 8:30 and i got it back end of that day. Yet he had so many cars to work on. They’re a great team. I recommend going there for any of your car concerns. Talk to scott.

Amber D Wouldn’t recommend another repair shop. I had to get a complete two door repair and from start to finish they were amazing, the whole staff from front end to in the garage. Mrs.Bonnie was the absolute best, she was quick at answering all my call, texts and emails. The owner is a blessing in disguise! I hope I never have another issue, but if I do I know exactly who to go to. Thank y’all again, I appreciate it more than words could ever describe!

Patrick Harrison Quickly diagnosed the no start issue with my car. It was the starter. Then they got/installed a new starter, the new starter sounds so solid, much better. Great/timly job. I was going to have to tow it but now it will never be necessary! Mucho thanks.

CreativeWEB Let me tell you something about Avenue Garage and, in particular, the customer service received by them on my recent visit to their shop to get SL fixed. I have a 2006 Mercedes. SL55 AMG, which had a big issue with the ABC hydraulic system and pump, which was leaking. A notoriously difficult and complicated repair to do, only a specialist is advised to undertake such a repair...The ABC system in these cars are highly advamced and complicated and so a specialist shop amd mechanic is needed to even tackle a hydraulics system that the 55 AMG possesses. I bought my car in, and they expertly fixed the leaking pump. But afterward, there was another issue. Some other elements related to the abc system failed, and they fixed and corrected these additional elements with no issues at all. Jason is my representative at Avenue Garage, and the level of service and professionalism I have received from him is outstanding. If you have a high-performance vehicle that has a complicated issue, think no further, then bringing it to Avenue Garage. These guys, these mechanics, these service agents are amongst the best Ive ever seen in the business, and Ive owned several high-end vehicles. I will only bring my cars to Avenue. Garage moving forward, very happy with the service Ive received. A big thank you goes out to jason for all your assistance and knowledge on getting my car back on top. Martin Schroeder I’ve been bringing my fleet of vehicles to Race Ready Auto Repair, and these guys are top-notch. Chris, the owner, is great to work with—honest, knowledgeable, and always makes sure things get done right. The whole team is solid, and they’ve kept my vehicles running smoothly without any hassle. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust with this many vehicles, but Race Ready has definitely earned it. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for reliable, professional service.
