JSN Auto Repair
Mike Albert Called dealer for a wheel alignment and was told two weeks for an appointment. I called JSN in Port Charlotte and was told that they had openings. I was greeted quickly and the information was taken. I was told that there would be a short wait as there was another car getting an alignment. In a short period of time, my Jeep was taken back and worked on. Besides having a waiting room, they have a bench outside and a large window that looks into the shop so you can see what is being done. They are a full service shop with trained and knowledgeable technicians as well as being friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Even though we live 45 minutes away, I think I found my new service shop.

Mike was attentive, worked my Ford Transit into his schedule rather quickly, AND was willing to explain my transmission issues to me. As a female, it was so nice to have that level of respect given to me. Thank you for getting me back on the road safely. The whole staff was a pleasure to talk with . I live in St Pete, but might make this my "honest", go- to, non dealership Ford repair place.

Ryan arrived much sooner than I expected and he was very courteous and professional from beginning to end. I felt very comfortable and assured my truck was in good hands! First To Fix Mobile Auto Repair, LLC
Jeff Lewis Jordan came out on time and let me know he was on the way. I am not a mechanic but am knowledgeable about cars and do 95% of my own repairs and maintenance. I ran into something that stumped me for 2 weeks and couldnt get past it. He figured it out and gave me two options to fix it. He is very knowledgeable, fair, clean, positive and professional. I will use him again and will recommend him in the future to anyone who needs a good mechanic.

Ross Herrington I cannot say enough about this shop. They were very professional and got my truck back on the road for a reasonable price. The owner Adrian went above and beyond almost any mechanic I’ve dealt with in the past. He even helped my driver find a place to stay in the area during the breakdown. Very easy to communicate with.
