Luke Render Great location. Knowledgeable and friendly staff members. They fixed my faulty valve stem in under an hour. Might have been in under 30 minutes. They have wifi, but you have to ask for the password. Comfortable waiting room. Bathrooms. No coffee. They have a counter setup for coffee, but no coffee. Disappointing. They do not have any beverages. Bathrooms are nice. Nate, the manager, is a very nice young man, and it carries over to their staff.

Amanda Martin My alternator went out in my toyota highlander yesterday and my usual mechanic was closed. I had to be able to get to work the next morning so i went on google and found Ronnie. He showed up within a 1/2 hour and ready to work! he finished my car within 2 hours and was super friendly and gave us a GREAT price. I have now saved his number and he will be my go to mobile mechanic! thank you so much Ronnie you are very dependable and I am so glad we called you!!! Thank you! The Martin Family

joy w I was blessed to be referred to this business today . I am a 1 st time customer and was pleasantly surprised . Mike was attentive, worked my Ford Transit into his schedule rather quickly, AND was willing to explain my transmission issues to me. As a female, it was so nice to have that level of respect given to me. Thank you for getting me back on the road safely. The whole staff was a pleasure to talk with . I live in St Pete, but might make this my "honest", go- to, non dealership Ford repair place.

Carol McAllister Went to Walmart on Monday about 9:30 to have 4 new tires put on my car. Was met by a courteous young man, Russ/Rusty, who just happened to be the one to put on my tires. He said to go do shopping or run errands, he would take care of me, and he would text me when he was finished. Was notified within 1 1/2 to 2 hours that the job was completed and my car was ready to be picked up. Ruthie was very pleasant when paying for the completed job. My experience with the people I dealt with was wonderful. Would not hesitate to go back. Of course, I would hope I would get Rusty to work on my car again. Very competent and courteous young man.

Nancy Burlingame Legend did a very good job getting my ac working again. They made it so easy. They are very reasonably priced and there were no surprises. We will be using Legend for all our repair and maintenance needs.

Patrick Harrison Quickly diagnosed the no start issue with my car. It was the starter. Then they got/installed a new starter, the new starter sounds so solid, much better. Great/timly job. I was going to have to tow it but now it will never be necessary! Mucho thanks.

Jake went above and beyond, keeping me updated throughout the entire process and making me feel welcome to ask any questions. His professionalism and communication made a stressful situation much easier. While it was unfortunate that I needed their services, I’m grateful for the experience I had with Caliber. James Porzio Saturday the 06 11 2025. I called for an appointment for the auto butler service because I am going away. I didnt expect to really get anything, but, to my surprise, I did. The service coordinator was very helpful. She they would call me see how soon they could get me in. Within 20 minutes I received a call and the young fellow said he would see if there were any openings. He asked me to be patient while he looked. Much to my surprise he got back on the phone and said there was a cancelation on early Saturday morning. He asked if I would like that one. Other than that, it would be about a month and a half. I took it and showed up for my appointment. They were prompt and courteous. My vehicle came back sparkling clean. Very happy and always good service. I would recommend the service staff to anyone.
