Amber D Wouldn’t recommend another repair shop. I had to get a complete two door repair and from start to finish they were amazing, the whole staff from front end to in the garage. Mrs.Bonnie was the absolute best, she was quick at answering all my call, texts and emails. The owner is a blessing in disguise! I hope I never have another issue, but if I do I know exactly who to go to. Thank y’all again, I appreciate it more than words could ever describe!

Grisham James Amazing service. Called in on a Monday and made an appointment for Wednesday. Car was fixed on Wednesday before even 2pm. My a/c didn’t even blow out hot air before the Auto Air guys touched it. Now, thanks to them it’s like the arctic in my car. 1 year warranty on the parts and labor. Decent and honest pricing. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

As someone with no prior experience dealing with a repair service like this, I felt completely informed and supported. Jake went above and beyond, keeping me updated throughout the entire process and making me feel welcome to ask any questions. His professionalism and communication made a stressful situation much easier. While it was unfortunate that I needed their services, I’m grateful for the experience I had with Caliber. Amanda Martin My alternator went out in my toyota highlander yesterday and my usual mechanic was closed. I had to be able to get to work the next morning so i went on google and found Ronnie. He showed up within a 1/2 hour and ready to work! he finished my car within 2 hours and was super friendly and gave us a GREAT price. cherri Im so glad I found A&E!! Ive been there twice now. What great service, and kind, efficient people who clearly really like where they work, and it shows. I was given a thorough detailed estimate before hand each time. The work was done in the amount of time estimated, actually a bit less both times. I got a detailed report with pictures, and explanation of work. I never paid more than estimate, and once significantly less. They were great about helping me prioritize what really needed to be done now, and what could wait. I got good, practical advice, and I am so grateful. There is a really nice waiting room with coffee and snacks and magazines. I cant say enough about how thoughtful and friendly these people are. Its so refreshing. I was referred to them by a shop that was unable to do the first repair I needed, a cable replaced that operated the gas cap flap. So, if u like great service, and great people this is your place to go for repairs and service.
