From the moment I walked through the doors, I felt welcomed and cared for. The registration process was seamless and efficient. The front desk staff greeted me with warm smiles, making me feel at ease immediately. They took the time to explain each step of the process, ensuring that I understood everything without feeling rushed. It was evident that they genuinely cared about making my experience as stress-free as possible. When it came time for my surgery, I was very nervous, but the surgical team was nothing short of exceptional. 1 /5 Maribel Pena: My Father was admitted this weekend. I had the worst experience EVER!!!!!! In this place. 3day in this piece of crap hospital. I ask for the nurse on the board who was supposed to be my father’s nurse and no one knew who she was. Never saw the doctor, never got a call, was discharge without knowing what was the issue or a diagnosis. PLEASE IF YOU LOVE SOMEONE DO NOT TAKE THEM TO LARKIN HOSPITAL once know as Palm Spring Hospital (Butcher place) it is run by Students.
