5 /5 Janet Cole: Yesterday I was saved by one of karisma hair stylist. I went in with 3 knots in my hair, I almost thought I might have to cut my hair off and have a boy look because that’s how bad my hair was tangled. Michelle did the best she could, to save my hair. After and hour of detangling my hair she treated it, Colored, treated it some more and finally rolos, hair dryer and cut. I am very pleased with Michelle and thank you to the hair dresser next to her in helping to detangle. I give karisma a 5 star because everyone was welcoming and very hospitable. I was treated very well and I am very pleased with their services.

1 /5 Ashely Thomson: This place is not a friendly environment to be and they have bad customer service. I had an appointment with NANCY for a wash, cut, and blow dry. Through out the process she was complaining I had long and thick hair. That is not my fault and she is a hair stylist so she should know how to deal with different types of hair. She asked me how short do I want to cut my hair and she showed me but I told her a little shorter and she flipped my hair and told me rudely to tell her how much I wanted taken off. Also, I heard her talking in their native language which I am a little knowledgeable about and I’m sure she was complaining to others about me. Overall, NANCY was very rude and does not give good customer service. I would not recommend anyone to this place.
