4 /5 Brian & Nicole Love: I often feel like this store (not just this location) trains its employees to avoid customers and look busy. Every single time I visit, it’s the same story—no one offers assistance, and suddenly everyone is preoccupied with straightening shelves.
However, one employee, "V," has restored a bit of my faith. She went out of her way, stopping what she was doing to help me. As a grown woman, I should probably know what I’m looking for, but with so many options, it can be overwhelming. V took the time to explain different products, made thoughtful suggestions, and never came across as pushy.
She’s truly one of a kind, and this store needs more employees like her. Thanks V!
