1 /5 Nelen Giles: Services were basic nothing to brag about. The one thing that was great were their prices. I can definitely see why she’s always busy especially with inflation today. Nothing about my experience stood out. The ladies in there hardly smiled or spoke not to mention it was hot in there. I won’t be going back, I don’t care if they only charge 2cents. Don’t let those 4+ stars fool you!

1 /5 Niece: I totally forgot I left a review for this establishment. I hate to do this but I am updating my previous review. The first time I came to this place I was absolutely in awe at how well the owner did with my hair. It looked good and healthy and the customer service and attitude was incredible. Very friendly. Unfortunately, the last time I went there was sometime in mid 2021. A woman who was either in training or new washed and straightened my hair. When I got up from the seat my hair was thin and damaged. If you knew me youd know my hair is right pass the bra straps of my back and really thick. The look on the owners face and all the other clients spoke volumes when I exited the building. I was in such shock I didnt know what to do but I was in tears. There was nothing I could do to take back what happened. Had I known this lady was damaging my hair I would have stopped her and ended the service. I decided from then on to stick to treating and taking care of my own hair because of the damage that was done. My hair has since grown back and looks full, long and healthy again, but it took almost 2 years to repair the damage that was done. I would not recommend anyone go there and risk what happened to me. I would also recommend that the owner micromanage the new stylists to prevent this from happening to anyone else. Its their business and brand that is on the line.

5 /5 Alyssa H: Jenny and her crew are awesome! She’s very sweet and accommodating. Fast service. Great prices. I got a wash, brow dry, cut and straightened. She did a great job and my hair last for two weeks and more. Most times I go somewhere and get this service and my hair doesn’t last. With Jenny, it did! I will always come back to her and recommend her. :)
