1 /5 Carrie C: Used this company before and had an amazing experience. Priced fair and helpful with diagnosis of our issues. Today we reached out for diagnosis with a different vehicle that has a leak, what a horrible experience this time. I will pay for someone’s time but the web site states $80-$120 for diagnosis. I had to pay $100 for someone that could not communicate with me that spent all of 5 minutes to tell me there is a leak. Again I have no problem paying for someone’s time, I was thinking the lower end, $80, but $100 for 5 minutes for literally nothing. I will never call them again. It is clear from the response from the owner, it is very unprofessional to reply to a review and not even have the correct customer. I do not own an Escape. We gave the technician a cold bottle of water and we were charged $100 for 5 minutes, for the technician to tell us there is a leak, which is why we called in the first place. Do NOT waste your time or money with this business. There was never communication about fee before the technician arrived and no scan was ever performed. Such a shame because I did have a great experience the first time with this business and I thought this was a business I could trust.
