3 /5 t hamill: Note: Jerrys sends a link to customers asking about their service. At least in my profession, those "email your patient" services filter out the bad reviews and post only the good ones to Google. Buyer beware. The Jerrys shop was OK; not great. I went for AC diagnostics. When I arrived I was told about the $150 service charge -- which I hadnt been advised of when I made my phone appointment to drop off the car (which was a few days after I called -- they are a busy shop). But $150 is fair. It was a little more that $150 after "shop supplies." They didnt advise me on the time to get back in touch but I was chill. About 30 hours later they called with the bad news: $2200 estimate. The car aint worth it. When I picked up the car, the real quote was north of $2400, so if I had said OK, that would have been sticker shock.
