Sarah Geiler Bruce is a rare find in the world of auto mechanics! He is HONEST and only does work that your vehicle actually needs. Prices are fair and he took the time to explain the issues with my car to me, without me having to ask. He wanted to make sure I understood what was going on and what was needed. I 100% recommend Bruce and Carrollwood Auto Repair to anyone looking for honest, exceptional service. As a female with little knowledge about cars and how they work, it can be very difficult to find an honest company to do work on my vehicle. I went in believing I had an oil leak and ended up spending less than $50.00 to fix the issue. This is a trustworthy company and you won’t be disappointed giving them your business. 1-25-24: Came back to update my review because Google won’t allow me to leave a second. Bruce is a genuinely wonderful human being who diagnosed my car and refused to take a dime for the diagnosis because the news wasn’t good. He took me step by step through the process of filling my brake fluid and was so incredibly kind to me. He also managed to fit me in basically same day when he was booked solid for a week straight. This is the guy you want to fix your car. People like this really don’t exist anymore and you should jump at the chance to have Bruce as your mechanic!

Mea Pearson I purchased a car new to me I had a bad transmission. From the moment I walked in the door I was treated nicely. They handled the warranty company completely I got a loner car they were done in a week all new parts all with a warranty on tthe parts n labor. I COMPLETELY TRUST THEM FOR ALL MY REPAIRS. I usually hate going to any car places, especially as a young woman who feels constantly taken advantage of. However, they took me into the garage to show me exactly what was going on with my car, explained what needed to be done, and treated me with respect as an equal. Definitely coming back!

Constance Bradley Very professional and efficient service. I went to two traditional shops and were clearly quoted higher for a common issue of AC fan assembly replacement. I came back here with my fiancee’ and told to come on the weekday. We came back and Cesar was swift and efficient. Great pricing and time efficient. He made sure to understand my issue and help efficiently while being kind, even to the other individual getting their car serviced. Going to an auto shop is usually a headache but this experience was perfect. I will be coming back and can say this is the best shop in Tampa.
