Tom King If you need some automotive advice and you know something just isnt right then look no further. I can tell you from a long term customers view you can count on Cross Creek Auto. Im a 19 year dedicated customer and have maintained 3 cars with them. From basic services to major repairs these guys are 10 times better than any dealership at about 35% or less out of pocket. Do your homework on dealer costs and have these guys do what you need done, its that simple. Bottom line is good things happen to good people and at Cross Creek Auto you have good people.

Christina Boulnois Jose provided excellent service for the brakes and rotar replacement on our vehicle. He was courteous and responsive with same day service. Highly recommend for a great mechanic shop and fair pricing.

Kyle Hankins Tony will likely be the only honest mechanic you will ever meet in your life. He has been working on my vehicle and my familys vehicles since the early 90s. He has had enough opportunities to change unnecessary parts and upcharge us and he has not. Case in point: Car died. I replaced the battery. Days later it died again. At that point Tony could have easily said it is the alternator and had had us do an unnecessary repair. Called me later saying the battery terminal was loose on the new battery and nothing is wrong. He tightened it up and did not charge me.

Asher Martinez As a college student from the west coast, I was nervous about finding a new shop local to work on my car, as Audis are notorious for being complicated. I dropped off my car, and within three hours they had all the problems identified and priced out to which I could accept the work. Once I approved I had the car back within 24 hours and could not have been more pleased. It’s running better than before the I had the issue I brought it in for! Great team of people who know their stuff, 10/10 would recommend, also cheaper but I’d say better than the dealership!

Drew Honest. Family-owned. They ended up directing me to another shop for a specific repair since they know they couldnt do it as cheaply for the specific repair. Appreciate the honesty and looking out for the customer. Also great booking process, makes it very easy to get an appointment.

Amos Sanchez This is my first time dealing with a mobile mechanic, I have to say the service was great. I wasn’t able to be home when he worked on the car but he was willing to come out to plant city and work on my vehicle and provided pictures as he worked on it. He also gave me tips and advice on how to maintain the vehicle after he was done. Thank you ! Amos

Ralphie Bueno This is probably the MOST reasonable priced repair shop in town! I needed my girlfriend’s muffler fixed and replaced. I went to a shop in New Tampa and they charged me $1700. But In Quality Value Automotive Repair, they found the problem and fixed it for ONLY $60. I didn’t need to replace the muffler, they just cut out the part that was rusted and broken and welded in a new pipe. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND coming here for repairs!! BIG Shout out to the Raffy at this shop for helping me fix the problem!!
