Jill Capobianco I recently had the experience of taking my toddler to the childrens hospital for a necessary surgery, and I cannot say enough good things about the incredible staff we encountered. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and kindness that immediately put both my son and me at ease. Every member of the team, from the receptionists to the surgeon, demonstrated exceptional compassion and professionalism. They took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, ensuring that I felt informed and comfortable every step of the way. Its clear that they genuinely care about their patients and their families, which made a huge difference in this stressful situation. They made my toddler feel comfortable and safe, using gentle language, engaging him with, and taking time to answer his curious little questions. Their dedication to providing a child-friendly environment was evident and greatly appreciated. The surgery itself went smoothly and was completed much faster than I had anticipated. I was so relieved to hear everything went perfectly! After the procedure, the staff was thorough in explaining the aftercare process, addressing all my concerns about what to expect in the days and weeks ahead. Their comprehensive guidance made it much easier to navigate the recovery period. Overall, I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional care my son received at the childrens hospital. The kindness, thoroughness, and expertise of the entire staff made a challenging experience much more manageable, and I felt truly supported throughout the entire journey and with each visit.

Marsette Giusto I had a great experience with ER Quick Care. From the receptionist to the Nurse/PA and Doctor, they were all very friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. I got great treatment from the whole team and drove by 3 Urgent Care clinics on the way because they are so great. I would recommend using this facility for any of your medical needs simply because they are better than the rest. I would credit the people who work there as the main reason why. They don’t just treat you, they actually Listen and care. That goes a long way with me and my Loved ones. This group is top notch and first class! Mike Giusto

Anthony Zientek Your checkout lady Yami is the sweetest, most energetic and nicest person I’ve met! When the doctor gave me crappy news, she brought my spirits up. Even when she collected $400 she still put a smile on my face! I had confusing paperwork from my insurance and needed help to submit my claim. She was so helpful. Didn’t bat an eye when I asked for her assistance. Good people are hard to find. I hope she gets recognize because she deserves it! Thanks Yami!

Kat No wait, came in and ended up having kidney infection, I was diagnosed, treated, and out the door in 3 hours. The charge nurse was rude but my main nurse Aimee and doctor Dunavant were incredible. Super kind and attentive. Quiet ER, not busy, labs came back fast. Thank you guys so much. I would recommend this free standing emergency room for sure.

Nearly a year ago I began seeing Dr. George Moricz and staff (“Naples Center For Functional Medicine”) armed with prayers that I’d recover my mental sharpness, strength (muscle), energy, stamina, vigor, drive, desire, and motivation. Today, February 22 has been the best day I’ve had in, about, ten years. Yes, ten years! In short, I lost ten years to growing older without me monitoring the stability and quality of my health. What was I thinking ? ? ? Yet, for me, these past months have been “just what the doctor ordered”. Without question everyone has different health needs. Having said that, Dr. Moricz and his professional medical team custom fit functional medicine into one’s natural health needs and lifestyle. That’s what they’ve done for me. Finally, upon waking up this morning I had a full day without interruption or the feeling of malaise. The past interruptions or malaise would inevitably force me back to sleep. Throughout this day I found myself completely amazed and grateful by my near yearlong and gradual transformation; transformation to healthy and livable life. Stay tuned ! ! ! Patty Polster My therapist, Laura, was very good. She helped me with things that I could do at home after my therapy was over and it was everything that I could do with things I had here at the house. Not. I didnt have to go by anything. She also gave me some stretchy bands after my last appointment to make it easier for me to do a couple of the exercises. Period the office was extremely helpful to me to accommodate my schedule.And sometimes I had to make a change in appointments.And they worked with me to make that happen.So I appreciated everything that they did for me.Thanks for the opportunity to give them a big a plus by

Jim Henderson I posted my past experiences with NCH earlier today. It was lengthy but important for people to hear. After posting I read, in horror, how many, many similarly horrid experiences so many people had at NCH. I tried to find anything good to put into my post but there was not one single thing NCH had done in my multiple visits in 2023 to assure me that they really cared about my health. However, I visited, as only a last ditch desperate attempt to find a doctor who cares, because my primary Dr recommended him, Dr Paz yesterday. He spent over 1 1/2 hours with my wife and I. Having been to Cleveland Clinic for all of my last appointments for care, I have become familiar with what quality care feels like. My experience was as equal to the care I have received at Cleveland Clinic. I would recommend Dr Paz to anyone who is looking for quality cardiac care. In our first visit we got more assurance of quality care than we ever experienced at NCH and, at Physicians Regional over the past 2 years!
