3 /5 Lexi: The service was excellent. I got an acrylic full set, and Andy did it for me. The service itself was five star, however, the customer service is one star. As I was getting my nails done, I noticed the owner kept walking up and down the aisle and looking me up and down without even saying hello. She would occasionally stop and whisper to the nail tech and glance up at me. I am not sure if they were talking about me or not, however, I felt very uncomfortable. I feel that it is unprofessional to stare down a customer and then whisper to the nail tech in front of them without even saying hello or smiling. I used to frequent the salon, however, I will not be back and would never recommend to anyone.

5 /5 Beck Lamb: I was visiting from out of state and, in need of a pedi, found this gem — I was very impressed and would definitely return! Super lovely staff — over the phone when booking as well as in person. Very professional, very clean salon — is very spacious and looks quite new. I was offered coffee, soda water or wine as I sat and had my pedi (wow!). Good range of polish color choices. Excellent condition of massage chairs (a rarity in nail salons these days!). Ashley in particular was a super lovely young professional — very chatty, friendly and personable. Oh, and she did an excellent pedi and her massage pressure is perfect!!

5 /5 Erika Lang: Their salon is beautiful, clean and relaxing. Every professional working there is experienced and does a fabulous job. I’ve never had a manicure that was so precise. She was flipping my hands, in every angle, to confirm my cuticles were immaculate and nails were precise in length. The cuticle care put me to sleep due to the relaxation. I have short nails and they need to stay short. And they always surprise me when they look and feel longer. And healthier. I’ll never go anywhere else. Prices are competitive and worth every penny.

2 /5 Rachel Denison: First time at this salon. I booked a full acrylic set with Andy at 4pm. I showed him a picture and we both agreed it was simple. Only my ring finger nails were to be pink. He started with painting my piny pink and I mentioned it was suppose to be black. He continued to paint all of my nails pink. Once he was done painting I showed him the picture again. He seemed surprised there were suppose to be 6 black nails. He took the drill and shaved the color off the wrong ones. There is still pink coloring on my black nails. When it came to the 2 design nails. I thought he would use tape to make straight lines like the picture. He just used the brush and free handed the lines. It does not look clean. I was also getting a pedicure after. The lady came to check with Andy a couples times and you could see he was frustrated and raised his voice with her. Finally I go to the pedicure and the lady was super nice. She was very thorough and precise. However my nails were dry when I left and about 3 hours later smudged when my child touched them. Also I asked about color changing nail polish and they do not carry it. Good parts: I like online booking. They offer a beverage, the place is beautiful and has many flat screen tvs.
