1 /5 Jennifer Michelle: I read a ton of reviews before scheduling appointments online for me and my daughter. We were both getting spa pedicures and my daughter was getting a full set of acrylics. I chose specific people for our services based on the reviews I had read. We enjoyed our pedicures but as we were finishing up with those, we were told that the nail technician we had scheduled the nail appointment with was “running behind” and they asked if we would mind someone else doing the full set for my daughter. I said that I would like to have the person I booked the appointment with do them. I was again told that she was running behind and we would need to let someone else do them. Needless to say, my daughter’s nails looked AWFUL!! The shaping of them was terrible and he had run the drill thing all up on her fingers (behind the cuticles)…2 of the places where the skin was drilled off ended up looking pretty nasty. Also, the nails didn’t match her pedicure because the technician took it upon himself to do gel polish, instead of the regular polish that was requested when I booked the online appointment. If he would’ve used the same polish that was given to him, that was used on her toenails, they would’ve matched perfectly! Instead, her nails were a much lighter blue than the navy on her toes, and obviously it cost more money as well. Very dissatisfied with this experience and will definitely be finding a new nail place!!
