3 /5 Jon B: The website, along with the doctors attached, needs to be clear on what they offer. I booked an appointment for a pre-op evaluation with ekg & x-ray and was told AFTER scheduling the appointment which was mentioned to the operator, arriving/checking in with the imaging order to the receptionist, getting a physical exam before seeing the doctor, and talking to Dr. Pham (which by the way explained everything thoroughly) only to be told they dont do these type of evaluations. The lines of communication need to be more effective!

5 /5 Vazquez C. (Miguel): Dr. Ramos is compassionate and caring. She truly cares about her patients. She takes her time when seeing you and answers all your questions. The one thing I like about her office is that you can communicate with her through the electronic health record system and she will respond quickly. It also allows you to see any doctors notes, test and results, request prescription refills, etc. This is a real benefit since in most doctors office you call in and then wait until they hunt down the doctor and sometimes it takes time for the doctor to call back, or put an order in but not in this office. One major drawback is that the doctors office always sends, or recommends, "out of network providers," I guess they have agreements with those providers. A solution to this is requesting a doctors order and then go to your nearest in-network provider. Other than that this is probably one of the best places for primary care. I would highly recommend Dr. Faride Ramos and Holy Cross Medical Group to anyone looking for a primary doctor.

2 /5 Ann Pennywitt: Dr Bosire is nice enough but her office staff in another story. They never follow up when they say they will. I left 3 message for the Doctor and never heard back. After my wellness visit, I needed to have blood work done in 45 days. When I called to tell them I was coming in, they told me I needed to have an appointment with her. Dr. Bosire specifically told me I DID NOT. I ended up going to an outside lab. The lab sent my results to the Doctor, they never called to discuss with me. The office no longer accepts prescription renewal request from pharmacies, I now have to call the Doctor and this always leads to them trying to get me to come in for an appointment. The prescription is not a controlled substance and I believe they just want another copay opportunity.

2 /5 Nathalie Paquette: I consistently had really horrible experiences with Dr Bosires office. Her staff are rude and hostile, and ultimately she constantly tried to get both my husband and I to come in for unnecessary visits simply to get a co-pay out of us. I saw the doctor for my annual check up and she told me to begin a medication and double the dose in two weeks. When I began doubling the dose I called the office to let her know I would need a new prescription for the correct dosage, and was put on the phone with several nurses all stating I would have to make an appointment and come in to see her first. Two of the nurses told me I was an incorrect medication, and I had to correct THEM. On top of that, they tried to convince me I was on a controlled substance, which is not the case. I am really disappointed in Dr. Bosires lack of ethics and integrity... I would rather go off the medication than give her more of my money so that she can literally look at me, ask me a question, and then tell me to increase my dose to what she had already told me I needed.
