1 /5 D. Romano: I am giving this a one star to raise attention to the STAFF (front desk and nurses). When I call to clarify or understand a question regarding the meds or a procedure, I was yelled at, hung up on, and told i do not have time for this. Unacceptable. Particularly from the nurses who were not only rude, they were cruel and unempathetic to my feelings and concerns. It is critical to get the meds RIGHT after hospitalization. VERY overwhelming to me and my mother, and they should understand that. I would suggest there first comment should be, as I am calling regarding heart critical meds after her recent discharge from the hospital - "How is your mother doing?". This is a recurring problem, with multiple (not all) staff.
Having said this, Dr. Anand has been very responsive and professional to me and my mother. She is very happy with him, and he has performed multiple successful procedures on her. He deserves five stars.
