Heather G After many years of going here for my mammogram and ultrasound, I’m done. While not everyone who works there is bad, the good doesn’t outweigh the bad anymore. When I called for my appt, the girl who answered had MAJOR attitude like she didn’t want to be there and was extremely annoyed that I wanted to make an appt. Said I need to get them my script before they can do anything. Fine, not a problem. But kindly tell me in a professional manner. Last year I had to fax it which was an adventure in itself finding a fax machine. I guess holy cross finally left the 90’s and now have an email but you need ASK if they have the email. It’s not offered to you. Between that, the extreme long wait times, not giving results right away like most other places, unfriendly technicians, I’m done. Getting a mammogram is torture enough. I don’t need any more.

Consuelo Piedrahita Norrisa is AMAZING! she took care of me with such a good care, she is polite, gently, friendly. She is the angel you need. Come and see it for yourself. Also all the staff is great, the facilities are clean and everyone is always with a smile.

Justin Wyse Apparently this Doctors office hasnt changed it practices at all. Poor customer treatment. The office doesnt see patients on a first come first serve basis. They make you sit in rooms with no communication. No need to co.e back here after this visit. Looking for a new doctors office.

Kyle Kirkpatrick Doctor Teresa Colon-Asumu is the best primary I’ve ever had. Truly takes the time to diagnose and treat her patients, and is very honest.

Sheri Snow Cirilo Went to this practice to follow Dr. Scott Edele from his previous practice. He is a fantastic doctor that I highly recommend. I had my husband switch to him as well. He is very caring, thorough, knowledgeable, and takes his time in all aspects of your care. Being new to this location, I was a bit anxious. However, all of that went away quickly! I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist, the wait time was minimal, and the medical assistant was super pleasant as well! Had a great experience and would definitely recommend without hesitation!

Irina Help Center I had a great experience since we came in to ER at West Boca Medical Center. Our nurse Paul was very caring, professional and went of his way to help us and do everything he could. Then we went to Telemetry floor, nurces Evelina and Mary took a great care of us, making us feel very cozy. Also, they helped us with every request and question we had. What also helped is that Evelina spoke our language and she could understand everything in details. The view from the window outlooking water is very calming and Beautiful. Maha Kashani My 2 year old daughter picked up a jellyfish at Lauderdale-by-the-sea and was stung. She was in agonizing pain with her hands swelling immediately. We are from out of town, so I quickly called Pronto who said absolutely bring her in and they would triage immediately. As soon as we got there, they whisked us back to a room and Dr Game came running in (literally) with her kit to help. She said she knew how badly the pain was my daughter was feeling, so she jumped right into action. Treatment began within minutes of us walking through the door. Dr Game was so kind, patient and sweet with my daughter. At one point, my baby was shivering (we ran off that beach dripping wet and even left our towels behind) so Dr Game went and brought back a space heater for our room. Her staff was also incredibly kind and responsive. Overall we had an incredible experience. 5 Stars. Thank you, Dr Game!
