Circles of Care

Mary M Violate human rights. Violate the law. Allowed to operate despite these facts. Terrible facility. Provides no actual clinical help, just have patients wandering around, sitting there all day. Barely given edible food. Group therapy is to stretch or color. Not helpful at all. Providers barely available and are useless. This place ought to be shut down and the providers and administrators charged

Orlando Health Sebastian River Hospital

MARANDA ARLINE I had to wait until I felt better to write this review. I was recently hospitalize here for 4 days and when I tell you my experience was awesome. I tried not to to be a nuisance due to being in pain, but Nichole and Rosa were the best. Everybody was good and very respectful, but I could only remember them because all the anesthesia had wore off by then. If I had to be hospitalized again, I will go all the way to Sebastian first. Even though they went through the completeness to Orlando Health while I was there, they did not miss a beat. Thank you again to all the ladies and gents who were part of my recovery.

The Florida Department of Health in Brevard County

StrategyMED Dean On Wed, March 21, 2018, I called this location and left a voice mail message seeking a return call. Based on the reviews I had read, my expectations were quite low. Within 1 hour, however, a very helpful and polite clinician returned my call answering all my questions and providing additional insight. Her name was Mary; apparently there are 2 Marys at this office. The following day, Thursday, March 22, I visited the University location and was promptly met by a receptionist who could not have been more warm and friendly. Unfortunately, I failed to get her name but she was a lovely and wonderful woman. She directed me to complete some minimal paperwork which I returned to her and then headed to the seating area. After approx 30-40 minute wait, she called my name to advise me that she was sorry for my delay with being seen and was heading to check on the status. She returned promptly to relay that I was next to be seen. Fortunately, the same person who returned my call the previous day came to get me and provide the immunization needed. I applauded her for her responsiveness the previous day. She was professional, polite, knowledgeable and was skillful with my injection. So, I did not have an appt but was instead a walk-in, received professional service at each point of contact, and left within 1hr 10 mins for less than $100. The gentleman who settled my account was I believe Jorge, and he could not have been nicer or more efficient. In total, my first experience at a health department, at age 54, was a very enjoyable and professional experience. On a side note, each patient I encountered in the waiting room were nice people, too.

Premier Urgent Care

BigTiger RUFtv (Rockyunderfire) AWESOME STAFF! Everyone from the front desk to the check out counter was more than accommodating to my concerns. Certainly wish I would’ve gotten their names to include in this post. PA Rice was very knowledgeable and assisted me promptly. He provided so much information that I was more than confident leaving the room. One of the best UC visits I’ve ever experienced!

Primary Care of Brevard

Lorri Vetrano I wasn’t sure what I was going to do after my primary physician went to another practice, however I am very glad that I stayed to see the new doctor, Dr. Rankin. She is very thorough, warm & compassionate. She takes her patients seriously & explains everything in a manner I am able to understand. Dr. Rankin has also been one of my biggest cheerleaders. Sheena is also great & always follows up promptly when responding to questions & providing test results. We have also seen Lori who is a great Nurse Practitioner. Lori is also very caring & warm and always takes great care of us! Thank you to you all!

Health First Medical Group Gateway

D. R. The facility is good and my doctor is great unfortunately their call center; patients need to use to communicate is absolutely horrendous. It is indictivite of the problem with the medical industry and a step back from personal medical care. As much as I like my doctor I despise their terrible call center customer service and Im looking for other options. This call center always has phone issues, rarely follows through with call backs, is so uninformed its laughable, and has no sense of urgency. I did one time get a normal person on the phone who was actually good but that was one time out of dozens. Who ever instituted this call center should have their hell composed of daily conversations with this call center for every task they need done. Part 2: I called every day from Wed to Monday to get my prescription sent to a new pharmacy because every pharmacy is out of the medication I need. I found 1 pharmacy out of 30 that I called so I asked health first to expedite the prescription transfer and its been 6 days and they still havent completed it. They told me it was escalated on every single call but I guess we have a different definition of "escalate." My definition would be "make it a priority and act with some type of urgency". Health Firsts definition is let the patient call back for 5 days and pretend to send over the request but really misplace it and say that our policy is 24 to 72 hrs for change of pharmacy requests. Just glad the medication wasnt for a life threatening illness. This was the last time for me. Im done with health first. Im going to need therapist just to deal with their custom service center.

Dairy Road Urgent Care

RKEGV Goody Every time I bring my kids here, the staff is so friendly, genuine and empathetic. The office is clean and they are efficient. I feel that the providers are also here because they genuinely care about their patients. Some urgent cares seem to rush patients out, which I do understand that with urgent care they have a revolving door so-to-speak. But here you can tell that they want to make sure the patient/ parent of has been heard and their feelings and concerns are validated. I work in the medical world as an MA, Ive worked in specialty and Internal Medicine. And I have to say from a professional and personal standpoint, I recommend Dairy Road Urgent Care for all your acute (not chronic) needs.
