Health Firsts Holmes Regional Medical Center Emergency Room

Alysse Hanrahan I had an awesome experience here and with the ER at that. I had rolled my ankle so l showed up to the ER. They had me sign in, and right after I did, the nurse called me in for my triage. After the triage, I sat down and waited. After being there for a total of maybe 10-15 mins I was called back to a room. The nurse practitioner immediately came in and got my info and ordered the x-ray. Waiting for the x-ray to get to my room was probably the longest part, as I waited for about 30 mins. They came, took their pictures and then I only waited 15-20 mins for the results to show! Nurse practitioner came in and told me I sprained my ankle. They immediately brought the items needed to take home with me (boot, crutches, etc). Everyone was so kind and helpful. I have never had such a good experience at an ER! I prob spent 2 hours here at most when usually its at least 4!

Medical Associates of Brevard

Dan Martin Staff at the desk greeted me pleasantly. After a short wait, a nurse took vitals and asked questions. The APN visited and we had a long discussion. Her review of my chart and recent assessments was thorough and informative. I have a high level of confidence in my care at this practice.

Circles of Care

Mary M Violate human rights. Violate the law. Allowed to operate despite these facts. Terrible facility. Provides no actual clinical help, just have patients wandering around, sitting there all day. Barely given edible food. Group therapy is to stretch or color. Not helpful at all. Providers barely available and are useless. This place ought to be shut down and the providers and administrators charged

D. R. The facility is good and my doctor is great unfortunately their call center; patients need to use to communicate is absolutely horrendous. It is indictivite of the problem with the medical industry and a step back from personal medical care. As much as I like my doctor I despise their terrible call center customer service and Im looking for other options. This call center always has phone issues, rarely follows through with call backs, is so uninformed its laughable, and has no sense of urgency. I did one time get a normal person on the phone who was actually good but that was one time out of dozens. Who ever instituted this call center should have their hell composed of daily conversations with this call center for every task they need done. Part 2: I called every day from Wed to Monday to get my prescription sent to a new pharmacy because every pharmacy is out of the medication I need. I found 1 pharmacy out of 30 that I called so I asked health first to expedite the prescription transfer and its been 6 days and they still havent completed it. They told me it was escalated on every single call but I guess we have a different definition of "escalate." My definition would be "make it a priority and act with some type of urgency". Health Firsts definition is let the patient call back for 5 days and pretend to send over the request but really misplace it and say that our policy is 24 to 72 hrs for change of pharmacy requests. Just glad the medication wasnt for a life threatening illness. This was the last time for me. Im done with health first. Im going to need therapist just to deal with their custom service center.

Michelle N. Myrick Today was our first experience with BHA aside from making the appointment. Being new Palm Bay transplants, it has been challenging to establish medical care. Our experience with BHA, from the first phone call, to the check in, to the medical professionals during the visit was nothing short of excellent. At no time did we feel we were not the only patients in the building, however, when we arrived the waiting room was so full we had nowhere to sit. It was of little consequence as we were called back in less than 5 minutes after check in. Everyone we encountered was pleasant and professional. My 14 year old received a vaccine while there and she commented after we left how, for the first time ever, she barely felt the injection because of the gentleness of the MA. The BHA office and staff at 5720 Babcock have won us over on our first visit! We look forward to continuing with BHA for our health care moving forward.
