HCA Florida St. Petersburg Hospital Emergency Room - St. Petersburg (FL)

WILL This is the best Healthcare I have ever received, civilian, military or other VA in other cities. Every department has been great. They seem to genuinely care. Ample parking in this compound of a medical center with very nice facilities.

Tommie T THIS USE TO BE ONE OF MY FAV HOSPIATLS TO COME IF I NEEDED URGENT CARE..BUT NOW THIS IS MORE OF A RUSHED SERVICE...DR DONT CARE ONLY SEEMED TO BE MONEY HUNGRY AND WORRIED ABOUT INSURANCE INSTEAD OF WHAT BROUGHT YOU TO ER..LACK OF EMPATHY AND MISDIAGNOS AT THIS HOSPITAL AS A WHOLE! I ENDED UP GOING TO MORTAN PLANT WHICH IS THE BEST THING I COULDVE DID!

Mag Pugs I mean this when I say, this was quite literally the most efficient, pleasant ER experience I’ve ever had. I came in with some significant burns to my chest and torso (pain was there but bearable enough to be ready to wait, considering it’s the ER and all) checking in was smooth, vitals 10 minutes later, triage 30 minutes later, and taken back in another 5 minutes. Now I understand burns can take priority over some cases so I may have been pushed through faster, but still very quick considering. Trey whom escorted me back was uplifting and happy. Both my P.A and nurse were comforting and quick and all within 3 hours, I’m treated + bandaged and pain free. To the entire staff on 1/23/25 around 6pm, thank you!!

Donna Bailey Palms of Pasadena Florida HCA was awesome when I brought my mom in for an appointment to have a MRI and swallow test. We were greeted immediately and escorted to the appropriate area to await her procedure. All representatives and medical staff were very kind and professional. The hospital is very clean and welcoming. Anyone passing us through the hallways always acknowledged us with a smile and hello. The technicians, nurses, and administrative staff were very kind and helpful. Her test results were available in a couple of days on the HealthOne portal. Thank you for always caring and exhibiting professionalism.

Roy Timmerman Went to the emergency room with chest pains. After triage , was admitted and spent 2 days getting a variety of tests. Blood work, chest x-ray, stress test, echcocardigram, Every single staff member that I came in contact with started with saying there name and explained the procedure I was about to under take. Everyone was always caring, kind and very patient. The nurse assigned to me was awesome, a definite credit to the nursing profession. I was also visited by a Chaplin and the va disability representative. I am extremely pleased with the entire time I spent there and wish to give a very big thank you to everyone. I would not hesitate to return there.

Brandon I randomly fell taking out my trash in the rain and fractured two of my ribs. I live down the way from GuideWell in St. Pete. From the online booking platform, to adding everything beforehand, and customer service when you walk in is AMAZING. Dr. Natalie is one of the most caring people I have ever met. 100% recommend GuideWell! Wonderful company. Thank you : )
