walter miller I brought in a service dog with me not only were they the nastiest most unreliable health care providers they had security called and wanted to trespass me from the property the arrogance and narcissistic of their general surgeon is appalling this is whats wrong with our country the narcissism the arrogance the Im always better than somebody else they put their pants on the same way as we do but they think theyre God these doctors this is one that I would strongly suggest never seen hes an arrogant narcissistic man who will never change his Aura is just so bad and he uses his employees to shield them because hes weak and insecure that is my opinion

June Phillips I was inpatient for a total of 8 days. Although nobody wants to be in the hospital, the exceptional care and friendliness of everyone made it bearable. The ER was super busy but they seemed to keep that moving along and taking care of everyone as best as possible. Everyone on the 10th floor was exceptional, the cleaning staff, nurse techs, nurses, and docs… Thank you for the care and kindness!

Cheryl Sorrill I was recently at Ormond Memorial after going into Afib. I was admitted to the 3rd floor and under went several heart tests. I was so impressed with my nursing and lab staff. Their kindness and empathy was phenomenal!! I have been in numerous hospitals over my 62 years and must say that this team was by far the best. It wasn’t just one particular nurse, the whole team were professional and kind! Their willingness to help in any way was so appreciated! A big shout out to Kat, Sindu, Alyssa, Shelly, Joy, Wilma, Alexis (lab) and I’m sorry I didn’t get some of the others names, but you know who you are. All of you need to be recognized for a job well done. And a big Thank you to Dr. Kazie and the charge nurse who stood up for me in a difficult and upsetting situation. Karen Milano Dr. Mercer has been my doctor since 2011. I have a lot of complex medical conditions and I really needed a doctor that I could trust and depend on. I have had many admits to the hospital and he has been there everyday, attending to me. He answers every call I make to him and always explains everything to me. He truly is exceptional! In addition, he has the best staff. They are always on the ball and handle everything promptly. Truly wonderful ! Thank you to all of you !

Denise Nelson They should NO stars!!!! My son was hurt and we waited almost 2 hrs. No one came out to even look at him. Truly Terrible place!!!! Others came in with far worse issues and got no help. Honestly not sure what people are working here for. Most of them seem to be having personal conversations or just playing on their phone. No passion for health care or taking care of people. This place really needs something done. For treating a child like that CPS should get involved for not helping and letting him sit in pain. As a mom I kept asking when can they see him and they would just tell me too wait and go back on there phone. Very disappointing experience.

Mark Knowlton This Conviva office on Beville Rd. is the best ever!! Everyone is friendly and courteous. Dr. Leuterio is the nicest and best doctor I have ever had. The lady at reception who I believe is the office manager is wonderful and efficient as is everyone in that office. Very professional and very good at what they do. THANKS SO MUCH!

Shelbi Goodwin I was seen by APRN Brittany this morning. It had been about 5years since my last GYN appt, so I had a lot of questions and options about my contraceptive future. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to show me how much she cares by going over every question and option thoroughly. She was very respectful, and I felt that I could trust her. I also genuinely liked her as a person, which is so refreshing! I went ahead and made my next check up a year in advance with her, as well as moving forward with treatment. I had no issues with any of the staff, check in was quick and efficient. Wait was maybe 6-8minutes. The nurse who took me from the lobby was sweet and engaged in conversation with me as well.
