L. Kline Dr. Patrick Han performed surgery on me for a rare cavernous carotid fistula. He is a gifted surgeon with a calm, caring, compassionate demeanor that made me feel comfortable and knowledgeable about my condition. He took the time to answer all my questions and talk to me at length about the surgery and possible outcomes. All of my symptoms are gone since Dr. Han did my surgery- a total success! Thank you Dr. Han! I would highly recommend him to anyone needing surgery in his areas of expertise.

Myranda Bryan Dr. Shields is great. Very caring and kind. Patient with my son and easy to share concerns with. This practice has gotten much better this year with many new doctors and providers. The office has always been nice but suffered from not having enough providers to see kids in a timely manner. That seems to have recently improved. I hope it continues.

Melissa Parks cant get ahold of anyone at this office. The number is automated and then it goes to a mailbox that disconnects you. God forbid an actual patient needs to get in touch. I really hope they have a different phone number for them if they are ever in need.

Cheryl Sorrill I was recently at Ormond Memorial after going into Afib. I was admitted to the 3rd floor and under went several heart tests. I was so impressed with my nursing and lab staff. Their kindness and empathy was phenomenal!! I have been in numerous hospitals over my 62 years and must say that this team was by far the best. It wasn’t just one particular nurse, the whole team were professional and kind! Their willingness to help in any way was so appreciated! A big shout out to Kat, Sindu, Alyssa, Shelly, Joy, Wilma, Alexis (lab) and I’m sorry I didn’t get some of the others names, but you know who you are. All of you need to be recognized for a job well done. And a big Thank you to Dr. Kazie and the charge nurse who stood up for me in a difficult and upsetting situation. Kathy Lawrence Fantastic experience. Medical staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The surgical center is very clean and organized. The staff all worked very well with each other and were in sync. Everything flowed like clockwork from check-in to discharge. My procedure was done on time and I wasn’t there very long which is great because I wanted to go home and rest.

June Phillips I was inpatient for a total of 8 days. Although nobody wants to be in the hospital, the exceptional care and friendliness of everyone made it bearable. The ER was super busy but they seemed to keep that moving along and taking care of everyone as best as possible. Everyone on the 10th floor was exceptional, the cleaning staff, nurse techs, nurses, and docs… Thank you for the care and kindness!

Dana Engelbert I disagree with the low star comments. Today was our first visit and we saw Dr. Sherene and she was a complete doll!! Super informative and very fun and friendly. Made my son feel very comfortable.

D C I had a great experience here both times I visited. I had to have an ultrasound and Rebecca made me feel very comfortable in an awkward(at least for me) situation. I got in and out in a hurry and didnt need an appointment. The ladies at the front desks are pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend.
