Niki Ortmann Had an absolutely wonderful time today. Nancy did my pedicure and worked extra hard on my calluses when I told her it was an area of concern. Beautiful salon with a lot of cool decor. Prices match the website. Will definitely be going back!

As someone who had never experienced this before, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I’m thrilled I chose this place. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and relaxing. Sunshine, my pedicurist, was absolutely amazing. She handled my “cowboy feet” with such professionalism and care that I instantly felt at ease. Her attention to detail and gentle approach made the entire experience enjoyable and refreshing. I now understand why women rave about pedicures, and I’m so glad I gave it a try. Fresh Nails has set the bar high for my first experience, and I can’t wait to return. Thank you, Sunshine, for your incredible work and for making me feel comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch service!

Salimah Jackson They gave me exactly what I asked for and I also got a pedicure. The service was precise and didn’t take too long. All of the techs were friendly as well and not stand offish like in some nail salons. They were also funny lol they have complimentary drinks, including wine. Very classy and upscale environment. I will be back.

Haley Shelar Best pedicure at the beaches! My experience has always been positive, but today takes the cake. I came in with my 9 month old for my first postpartum pedicure. We had made an appointment but did not tell the store I would have a baby carrier with me. When we got there, they almost immediately sat me in the very first pedicure chair, the one with the most room around it. They set up a chair and ottoman for my babies carrier to sit on so she was within arms of me and she could see me clearly. It meant more than they know! My heels were roughed up from walking on jagged rocks, and they are smooth as baby skin now! I chose gel polish with my pedicure and asked for ghost designs on my big toes. I absolutely love how they came out! Four days ago I had a negative experience at a different nail salon during a manicure, but I will be coming to Pablo when I’m ready for a fresh set! Amazing salon, tons of color choices, very clean, But they do not use individually wrapped tools. Would 10/10 recommend!

Kristina Lynn My boyfriend and I stopped in for pedicures. The staff was very friendly. It seemed slower today and we were immediately seated, but the place offers lots of seating to accommodate high trafficked times. We were both pleased with the services we were provided as well as the cleanliness of the entire space.

Denise presley Christina did an amazing job. She can do very intricate designs and her nails last a long time! The shape was everything and the nails felt natural. Not clunky or bulky. I truly love my nails!

Brooklyn McLeod This is my favorite and only place I will get my nails done. I live on the north side and there are many salons that are much closer, but I love this place and will always make the drive. They have talented nail artists & a beautiful luxury looking space that is very clean. When I come, they always remember me and know what I like. I feel like I am coming to visit friends. One of my favorite memories of being there was around Halloween time, I got my nails done and we watched the Annabell movie together. I dont have a lot of friends or family, and I am alone a lot, so being able to watch a movie with someone meant a lot to me. For Christmas I got a gift from them for being a loyal customer, I was shocked because Ive never been treated so well at a nail salon before where I got a gift. Any other nail salon I just feel like a customer. At Bartram Nails, they make me feel like I am more than just a customer. Thank you for everything you guys do! It really makes my day!

Samantha Taylor Stumbled upon this salon after getting my TSA PreCheck done next door. Offered a free beverage upon sitting down. Maybe the best pedicure and gel manicure I have ever gotten! The standard pedicure included a hot stone massage (which I had never had before but was absolutely delightful). Kind and patient staff. Very attentive to detail. Rewards system in place so after 7 visits you get $30 off a service! Wish I lived here permanently. What a deal!
