1 /5 kate e: I would never recommend this place to even a stranger. The staff is extremely rude and they try to squeeze every dollar out of you. First, making me do a follow up appointment just to be told that my bloodwork looked good is highway robbery. I’ve never been to a doctor that wouldn’t just email me my results and have a quick call instead of making me pay for an appointment. Second, I worked with Lindsay Piet and I told her that the blood nurse tested me for Vitamin D which my insurance does not cover, and she said “send us the bill, you shouldn’t have to pay for that” and I’ve been trying to get it solved for over 5 months and they are claiming she never said that. They are a joke and so incredibly rude. Editing to add that I was forced to pay a 200$ bill for the PHONE APPOINTMENT to tell me my blood work looked good. No other doctor in Orlando will do that. They will upload it to the portal. Do not go here!!!

5 /5 lisa maddox: I have been a patient at WP Family Practice for over 6 years. I wish that I could give 10 stars. Dr Patel is a excellent doctor with a great bed side manner. Lindsay Piet PA is exceptional. I had a really rough past year and Lindsay was so compassionate and thorough. Always took her time to listen to me and always answered all my questions and explained my concerns. Never tried to rush me and made sure that I understood everything we discussed. I also love the fact that they do lab work in the office among other routine procedures. Lori and the ladies in the office always welcome you with a smile and are all professional. Makes you feel like family. I would highly recommend this Office.

5 /5 Laura Lake: I saw a few bad reviews and it made me want to write one of my own because I personally love this office. I used to go to Shilpa Patel and when the office changed I stayed. I find that all of the doctors here are very patient and they spend their time talking to you about all of your concerns and they have a great bedside manner. The nurse practitioner is great as well. They do have their marijuana thing going on, and they have brought it up to me which I have politely declined and they don’t push it. The reason they brought it up to me is because I have multiple sclerosis and for most people with this disease it does help. So I appreciate the offer but I’m just not interested in it personally. Whatever I need and whatever I ask for they have always been there. Whatever I need to get done they get it done so for me that’s a win. Out of all of the primary care doctors I have had, this office is my favorite

5 /5 Chrissy: Awesome! Every staff member is 100% committed to your care! Dr. Patel, Matt, & Lindsay have a gentle bedside manner, are easy to talk to, and a solution for you. Urgent visits are same day and refill requests are handled fast. They also have a large number of pharmacy contacts to get you the best price in your medications.
