1 /5 janessa rodriguez: My uncle has been a patient with Dr. Kapoor‘s office since 2020 apparently a bill was sent incorrectly submitted to insurance and it wasn’t paid due to that one bill. It refused to see my uncle after being hospice for 90 days fighting for his life and having to schedule a follow up to Dana and dimples and they refused to resubmit the claim that they submitted incorrectly to begin with because my uncle had insurance not want us to pay $430 out-of-pocket when we have medical insurance Billing department, unprofessional, respectful, no empathy no sympathy horrible disgusting how such a great doctor could have such a lack of good staff and support

5 /5 Tara Kleineschay: Dr. Kapoor is wonderful. I love having a PCP who can oversee my car in the hospital as well. Very glad to have found him.

1 /5 Yssamar Chapman: Billing dept Dana AND Dimple ARE SO unprofessional RUDE have no type of respect when speaking to patients or their family while trying to get a bill corrected they tell you they not going to do nothing to assist you then transfer you to there co worker when you ask for a office manager is just insane!!! The games played in a doctors office Dr kapoor amazing!!!! your staff idk look into how you staff handles your patients !!! Great doctors horrible staff to get to the doc the staff is the first step so that just horrible for the doc staff is nasty rude n have no empathy and even if u do the job for them yourself they still won’t move a finger

1 /5 Ruth Cornelio: Dr. Kapoor‘s office is horrible. The staff is disgusting have no respect no empathy no sympathy specially the billing and the insurance department Dana and dimples have no respect for the patient not professional whatsoever. Sad to say that’s such a great amazing doctor has to have a staff stand behind him that don’t support him or the work that he does because he is amazing.

5 /5 Eric Carlon: I have been a patient of Dr. Kapoor for 2 years. He has cared for me while hospitalized and also in his office. He advocated for me while I was in the hospital and every interaction with him has left me feeling comfortable and well taken care of. He takes time to listen to your concerns and allows you to to be heard. The office staff is helpful and attentive and I have comfort knowing that if I need anything, they are only a phone call away. I highly recommend the team at University Medical Care any chance I get.
