Rose Keith Was seen and taken care of by CNM Alexcia Pennell. Great experience. Had a little bit of trouble with calling the front desk and getting scheduled as they kept putting me on hold to wait but would hang up the phone was Im waiting. Then I would call back to be put on hold again. Once they talked to me, they were able to help me to get scheduled, but it was a good 30 minutes of waiting.

Amaya Montgomery Best Dr ever! This was my first surgery ever and he made me so comfortable and not scared. He’s so caring and understanding! He listen to everything you say, answers all your questions and gives you all the information you need for anything. I had gallbladder removal surgery with him my recovery was a breeze he did amazing! Minimally invasive small scars. I highly highly recommend him!

Helen R I walked into the hospital and went to the Information Desk. Dave was there and that started my outstanding experience. He had me sign in and then directed me to the people who registered me. That experience was also pleasant, professional, and remarkably fast. I had two lab orders from my doctor: blood work and x-ray. I was told to go to the lab for the blood work and if it was busy to go for the x-ray. The lab was not busy: everyone was professional and proficient. I was out of there and on to radiology quickly. Radiology was also professional, proficient, and quick. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.

teresita santos I will recommend Dr Phan neurologist to any patient who have burning on feet and leg pain. He is very thorough with the procedure of conducting study . He is very knowledgeable and thinking what is best for his patient . He does not talk a lot but he is answering any questions about the findings .

Lala Great establishment, must say. They were fast to get an appointment set up and I was in and out in half an hour for a biopsy. Amazing. Other places will do the, "must come in for initial exam then come back for a follow up for the procedure" nonsense. All that does is cost you more money in gas and co-pay and they get money for 2 service fees. Tricky tricky. But here they get the procedure done in the first visit. Cudos. The back patient room and the waiting room were all clean. I seen absolutely nothing that stuck out here which is good because Im very attentive to medical uncleanliness. For their phone number, it is to the actual office building and not to a call center. A lot of the time call centers cant answer certain medical questions like what can and cant be done there and if it can be done at the first visit. Its refreshing that the number is to the office and not a call center so if you have any questions you can ask them directly and not get a potentially wrong answer.

William Cravey Dr. Harrison has truly been a blessing to my wife and I. He has a very comforting demeanor and speaks with such poise and directness you definitely leave feeling more confident in how to continue your health improvement journey. We truly love our follow-ups knowing we are going to get to be encouraged and to continue to be healthy. Fantastic experience over and over again!

Jenny Hardy Im writing about Dr Henderson , he is one of the best doctors I have ever encountered. He done emergency surgery on my 16 yr old son on April 13, 2024 he was the most caring and loving doctor , He also explained everything well enough a young child could understand i would send anyone to see him at any age My son really liked him we need more doctors like this Thanks again Dr Henderson Thanks from me an my son Tristen Pace

Jennifer Cooper Everyone in labor & delivery was absolutely amazing! My nurse, Taylor, was really there for me during labor and she was very intuitive to what I wanted/needed. My recovery nurse, Libby, was also awesome and she would keep me informed on when the next checks would be and she was just very sweet for the 2 days I had her. Dr. Bryan and Dr. Nelson were so great when they checked on my new baby boy. Everyone I came into contact with during my stay, was wonderful. This was my second delivery at HCA Fort Walton and I will continue to highly recommend it!

cecilia Gonzalez Dr. Whitfield is my mothers doctor. She is the most caring professional I found around this town. She takes her time to listen to our concerns and always treat my mother the best way, we love her so much, as well as the nurses and front office. We are very grateful for the whole team.
