Rose Keith Was seen and taken care of by CNM Alexcia Pennell. Great experience. Had a little bit of trouble with calling the front desk and getting scheduled as they kept putting me on hold to wait but would hang up the phone was Im waiting. Then I would call back to be put on hold again. Once they talked to me, they were able to help me to get scheduled, but it was a good 30 minutes of waiting.

Helen R I walked into the hospital and went to the Information Desk. Dave was there and that started my outstanding experience. He had me sign in and then directed me to the people who registered me. That experience was also pleasant, professional, and remarkably fast. I had two lab orders from my doctor: blood work and x-ray. I was told to go to the lab for the blood work and if it was busy to go for the x-ray. The lab was not busy: everyone was professional and proficient. I was out of there and on to radiology quickly. Radiology was also professional, proficient, and quick. I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience.

Danielle Brooks I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. I have been seeing Shirley Blanco at this location and she is absolutely amazing! She takes the time and listens to all my concerns. If I need a referral or medication she is on top of it ASAP. I have been battling my health for two years now and she has been there every step of the way! I highly recommend seeing her. She deserves 10 stars! Hands down the BEST.

Blythe Gottleib Dr. Cooper is great. Excellent listener and just gets it. Never rushes, confident in his decisions, and conservative in dispensing meds. He has been my go to since he started practicing in Crestview. GREAT DOCTOR! By the way, his assistant Eric is not too Shabby either.Kudos to both. Blythe Gottleib

Joan Rogers The best. Has been my doctor for many years. Moved to Texas for 4 years. Came back to Dr. Christopher. She cares about her patients. She listens . And believe me thats a rare quality this day and time.

Amaya Montgomery Best Dr ever! This was my first surgery ever and he made me so comfortable and not scared. He’s so caring and understanding! He listen to everything you say, answers all your questions and gives you all the information you need for anything. I had gallbladder removal surgery with him my recovery was a breeze he did amazing! Minimally invasive small scars. I highly highly recommend him!

Nadine Hubbard I’ve been bringing my son to this urgent care for almost 3 years now. I’ve never had to wait long once my appointment time arrived. I’m not saying it couldn’t happen in the future but I’ve always known that that’s how urgent cares function…so I’ve been lucky with this location. From reception, to the nurses and doctors we’ve had nothing but an incredible experience. My son is so scared of tests and they’ve always accommodated him and walked him through the fears. Every person has made him smile. I’m shocked by all of the 1 start reviews. Just to note, I’ve had my fair share of horrific doctors in my lifetime and everyone has their own experiences but don’t be afraid to try this location. Find out for yourself!!

Jennifer Cooper Everyone in labor & delivery was absolutely amazing! My nurse, Taylor, was really there for me during labor and she was very intuitive to what I wanted/needed. My recovery nurse, Libby, was also awesome and she would keep me informed on when the next checks would be and she was just very sweet for the 2 days I had her. Dr. Bryan and Dr. Nelson were so great when they checked on my new baby boy. Everyone I came into contact with during my stay, was wonderful. This was my second delivery at HCA Fort Walton and I will continue to highly recommend it!

eratina knight I couldn’t ask for a better team! I have been seeing Dr. Coates for 5 years and he is an amazing doctor. He listens, he cares, and he is patient. He does what’s best for the patient. My nurses Ashley and Jordan have always had my back when I was going through some of the hardest pregnancies. Hollie showed up and out when we got some news I wasn’t expecting and was very comforting. Now Mrs Christie, she will forever be the best. She gives that second momma vibes. She makes sure Doc knows what’s up with those babies. Teresa always greets with the warmest smile and always asks how I’m feeling, works with me, and is just amazing.Natalie always laughing and so warm. She gets me going. My team in that office is top tier. Even the other staff members are so sweet and make you feel like family. When you find an office like this STICK WITH IT! Forever grateful for my OB team!
