Dr. Mark C. Dillon, MD - Palm Bay (FL)

1 /5 Steffannia Cleary: We are not the type of people to do reviews, but in this case is very necessary. My husband was a patient of Mark Dillon and the doctor decided to discharged him without a proper notice, saying deterioring of relationship?? Just because my husband ask him for a work letter to take to his employer!!! This doctor did not contact us to let us know, he just did an online portal letter and nothing was sent in person or at least a phone call. I found out about the letter when we call to confirm his appointment on April 1st. The letter states I will give you care till April 7th, but the office canceled my husband appointment on April 1st without reason and saying we dont have anything till April 27th. So this was not either a 30 days notice, was really 7 days because we was never advised of the letter before. He didnt want to read my husband test result and left him without any other doctor referral, medicine or answer to his blood work and ultrasounds results, and when you called the front office they are rude and dont give you any answers about this situation. My husband is in critical pain, swelling in his stomach, and not medicine, and we cant find anyone till August. This is not legal or ethical per the Florida Board of Medicine. PLEASE FIND SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU CAN!!

1 /5 S H: Vanessa answered the phone and was very unhelpful. She refused to provide me the phone number of the surgical center that does the procedures so I can verify my insurance includes that location. She put me on hold for over 15 minutes. I called from another line asked to speak to the manager she refused. I asked for the manager to call me and Im sure that message was never passed to the office manager. I guess if I want to find out if my insurance is accepted I have to pay for an office visit which is ludacris.

5 /5 Carol DePaul: DR Dillon is a very compassionate physician. He listens to you and every visit I have not been rushed. I feel he is very thorough. Thank you Dr Dillon and staff for your professionalism and the compassion you show towards your patients.

1 /5 James Stoy: I do not recommend Dr Dillon. His office is terrible at communicating. I wasted two entire days and $75 on treatment prep and then they cancelled my procedure without ever telling me. Could not even bother to call and leave a message. I did not find out until I got to the procedure center at 6:30AM. Unacceptable. I will not go back.
