Mohamad Hammoud, DO

Martin Grood Dr. Hammond told me the truth about my surgery prior to conducting. He had the humility to know that I would be better off with a colo rectal surgeon and did not proceed with the operation upon discovering the tumors exact location. Humility in a surgeon is a rare quality. As such, I used him to put in my port for chemotherapy. I highly recommend this man as I believe he is one of the best general surgeons you can have.

Health Firsts Holmes Regional Medical Center Emergency Room

Alysse Hanrahan I had an awesome experience here and with the ER at that. I had rolled my ankle so l showed up to the ER. They had me sign in, and right after I did, the nurse called me in for my triage. After the triage, I sat down and waited. After being there for a total of maybe 10-15 mins I was called back to a room. The nurse practitioner immediately came in and got my info and ordered the x-ray. Waiting for the x-ray to get to my room was probably the longest part, as I waited for about 30 mins. They came, took their pictures and then I only waited 15-20 mins for the results to show! Nurse practitioner came in and told me I sprained my ankle. They immediately brought the items needed to take home with me (boot, crutches, etc). Everyone was so kind and helpful. I have never had such a good experience at an ER! I prob spent 2 hours here at most when usually its at least 4!

Melbourne Clinic

Kristy When I called to make an appointment they answered right away and the woman that answered was very nice. She took my concerns seriously and made sure that I got into see someone in a timely manner. When I went in there was a scheduling conflict, but they worked that out and made sure that I could be seen that day. They went through all of the paperwork with me and it was quick and easy. My appointment was great. They don’t rush you in and out, they actually take the time to make sure that everything is done properly. You can tell that they genuinely care about you and your well-being. The staff, the nurses and the Doctor were all amazing. Thankyou for treating me so well and making sure I was taken care of. I will be returning consistently for future appointments and it’s good to know they care.

Melbourne Downtown MedFast Urgent Care | Walk In Clinic | Emergency Quick Care

Maxine Coakley The visit at Medfast Urgent Care Downtown Melbourne on 11/21/24 was top notch. My son was on crutches and the male employee (nursing assistant) immediately came outside to assist him. The intake receptionist was pleasant and friendly. The male nursing assistant who escorted him to the exam room was warm and thorough, the nurse that did the Xray and the physician assistant were all easy to communicate with and each person remained friendly and professional during our entire visit. They each explained each process and made him very comfortable, even when fitting his painful foot for a boot. The service provided by the doctor and all staff at this Medfast Urgent Care is unparalleled. I highly recommend this facility for your medical Urgent Care needs.

Honeychurch Medical Center LLC

Jenni Davis-Murray These guys are excellent- they actually seem to care about their patients, which is a quality Ive found to be almost non-existent in the rest of the medical community.. everyone Ive dealt with has been kind, efficient and laid back, with a sense of humor and understanding attitude. They make a real effort to provide easy and convenient services, with flexible payments, phone appointments and prescriptions called in right away. Dr. Clodfelter and his assistant Jeanette are wonderful- the other young female that helps him is also great, but I cant remember her name. Theyve gone out of their way to make services available to me that I would otherwise not be able to afford and theyre always surprisingly pleasant to deal with. No complaints!

Premier Urgent Care

BigTiger RUFtv (Rockyunderfire) AWESOME STAFF! Everyone from the front desk to the check out counter was more than accommodating to my concerns. Certainly wish I would’ve gotten their names to include in this post. PA Rice was very knowledgeable and assisted me promptly. He provided so much information that I was more than confident leaving the room. One of the best UC visits I’ve ever experienced!

Care Clinic Mental Health

Justin Rutter Jannette speaks clearly and politely on the phone. It would have been easier for me to pursue medical self care if other receptionists communicated half as professionally as she does. I have rejected mental health care occasionally throughout the past ten years simply because of the attitude of the customer service staff at various other mental health offices in different locations. It is a shame other companies cant or wont prioritize patient communication to the level of excellence the Care Clinic does in Melbourne.

Health First Medical Group Gateway

D. R. The facility is good and my doctor is great unfortunately their call center; patients need to use to communicate is absolutely horrendous. It is indictivite of the problem with the medical industry and a step back from personal medical care. As much as I like my doctor I despise their terrible call center customer service and Im looking for other options. This call center always has phone issues, rarely follows through with call backs, is so uninformed its laughable, and has no sense of urgency. I did one time get a normal person on the phone who was actually good but that was one time out of dozens. Who ever instituted this call center should have their hell composed of daily conversations with this call center for every task they need done. Part 2: I called every day from Wed to Monday to get my prescription sent to a new pharmacy because every pharmacy is out of the medication I need. I found 1 pharmacy out of 30 that I called so I asked health first to expedite the prescription transfer and its been 6 days and they still havent completed it. They told me it was escalated on every single call but I guess we have a different definition of "escalate." My definition would be "make it a priority and act with some type of urgency". Health Firsts definition is let the patient call back for 5 days and pretend to send over the request but really misplace it and say that our policy is 24 to 72 hrs for change of pharmacy requests. Just glad the medication wasnt for a life threatening illness. This was the last time for me. Im done with health first. Im going to need therapist just to deal with their custom service center.
