1 /5 McKailey Chance: If I could leave zero stars, I would. I’ve never in my life been in such bad pain after a simple cleaning. A CLEANING should not involve having your gums punctured 3 times per tooth. My mouth is in such bad pain, and I am still bleeding 2 hours after my appointment. After three bad experiences in a row, I will no longer be going to this location. I wish I had the name of the girl who did my cleaning today. She blamed my pain on not flossing twice a day. I floss at least every other day, so it’s really not that big of a deal. She hurts people on purpose.

1 /5 Brick M: Do not go here if you want your TIME and MONEY to be WAISTED. This place is a scam and a joke. They lost my x rays and tell me I never signed releases when I have COPIES. They continue to lie and gaslight me. The people working at the front desk deserve to be fired or put through more training. Everyone at the front desk is polite and nice but there is no way they are this mentally incompetent . This situation has been going on for 3 months now and has genuinely effected my mental health and waisted an obscene amount of my time. I just want a refund at this point. The hygienist was rude to me as well. Before you come into work you need to fix your attitude. I understand we all things going on at home and nobody is perfect. I work retail full time I understand but you can’t go into work and treat your paying customers rudely. The service here is absolutely unacceptable. I only go here as a last resort I don’t have money to go anywhere else. My teeth hurt I just need help. I will never be coming back. Please do better. you guys need to do better so you can help low income family’s who are suffering from enough issues.

1 /5 Victoria Richter: The staff up front was amazing and all the ladies were very kind. The price I paid wasnt bad either. However the dentist I saw was a completely rude & unprofessional. Andrew Norton to be specific. He made rude comments and tried to refer me “ somewhere to be sedated “ after I already paid. I barely moved and he made that comment. I was trying to tell him I wasnt all the way numb and could feel what he was doing. He did not care and persisted to be extremely ruff. This is also the same guy that multiple moms have had issues with him mistreating their children. Don’t trust sending your child in the back with him! A grown man that can’t control his entitled emotions shouldnt work in the public and especially not with children. You will reap what you sow!

1 /5 April NeSmith: I have three teeth that has broken (80 percent of the teeth is missing). The pain is now in my jaw pushing pain into my ear. The teeth are infected. This is very serious however I have been calling since November 2024 my appt isnt until May 9th. I told the office staff its an emergency. The office staff keeps telling me to call everyday after 1pm for cancellations the next day. I am scared this infection may cause severe damage or worse. This is not ok. I dont have dental insurance or money saved up to see anyone else in Panama city. So what am I supposed to do with no help.

1 /5 Charlene Butler: 3/26/2025 took my son there for a cleaning paid $70 Dentist said he cant clean his teeth he was too young and ref. him to a pediatric dentist. So no service cleaning or nothing. I will never go back because they could have told me that when I filled out the paperwork and paid for his services. So No I do not recommend. A waist of time and money.
