A special shout out to Nisha who took the time and had the patience to explain the financial responsibility we would have while also playing with my toddler so I could get through the paperwork. 5 /5 Sheila Martin: There was little to no waiting! The receptionist, Gabby was very pleasant at the front desk. The Dental assistant, Morgan was patience with me while explaining what she was doing. She was very efficient. Nisha was helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable walking through the financial part of my appointment. Which was helpful in my decision.

3 /5 Johnny Black: My experience was back in December. I had visited this office after exhausting other locations to handle a tooth that had just cracked. I had X-rays, we discussed the situation, but the Dentist instead focused very heavily on wanting to do 6 extractions, and numerous other procedures on my teeth instead of addressing the cracked, and very painful tooth. I was told to come back 7 days later, for their Oral Surgeon, and the pain I experienced lasted well beyond that time. Everyone was polite, but Dr. Kim(?) was a bit overzealous about payment plans for a $40,000 combination of procedures, and things unrelated to the emergency I was there for.
