Robin Forster Best Dental experience I’ve ever had! Amazing staff! I had not been to a dentist in a long time due to a car accident which involve a broken neck and titanium being installed in my spine. My mouth was in trouble but within two hours, after tons of laughs….I was walking out there with a game plan. Pretty smile here I come!

Valerie DEsposito Amazing facility and staff! Such a great experience all around and I do love going to the dentist! Their hygienist Jennifer if so caring and gentle and makes the cleaning and X-rays a breeze! My teeth love her as much as I do! Tracy was so welcoming and professional from greeting me upping arrival and checking me out when I left. Dr. Mathew’s was very friendly and listened to my concerns. He was conservative in the care and treatment I needed. I look forward to returning and highly recommend their office for your dental needs.

Tyner Appel Big Tree Dental is excellent. The staff and dentist are very professional and truly care about their patients. Whenever you call the office you are greeted by a warm voice on the other end..When you leave a message they always get back with you.

It starts with a simple phone call as a new patient and everyone else in all positions are just so professional. They all smile and talk with you about any procedure that they recommend. The Dr. answered all my questions and spent quite sometime with me. I was so impressed with the entire experience. I would not go anywhere else. M Hall My first experience with Sage dental on beach street has been a positive one. Previous dentists have made me a little nervous about all dentists . However, Sage dental was calm and willing to explain my insurance plan and how it works in relation to getting some restoration work done. The front desk employees were helpful and pleasant as well as knowledgeable about how to get the best care and the best cost possible :for the dental work I need and the preventative care to keep my gums and teeth healthy. The Dr. Potter and the dental assistant Johanna listened to my dental (horror) history with compassion and attention to detail. They both worked together to get a full exam of my mouth and X-rays to see what needed to be done for restoration to begin . They were both gentle and skilled in their exam and knowledge of how to proceed with a plan of care that will restore my bottom back molars and fix my broken crown on my left front top row of teeth and my bottom crown completed on the bottom left that was left undone by the Horror dentist . I did not cry once and I will be moving forward with my care at their office. They have a in house program called sage care for less than 200$ monthly that gives deep discounts on dental work and cleanings, for people who have no dental benefits. They also have several offices in the Daytona Beach area and surrounding area. I have been to several dentist to try and get my teeth cleaned and start repairing them and this is the first office in three years that has actually taken the time to do the evaluation where I feel confident that I can manage to get the work done and get the preventative care without selling my house to pay for it . Will update in a couple of months and let you see before and after photos and tell you how it all went . I definitely recommend this office and their staff to be compassionate and professional to take care of your mouth health.prevention of dental problems and restoration plan of action if you need it. Sandra R. Horrible, I agree with all the bad reviews here. I should have read it before going to this office. Dirty, arm rest chair broken, George Feranndez (dental assistant) did not use plastic to cover the lamp and headrest, low class service, rude, unprofessional, passive aggressive, they are lazy just gossiping and making fun of the patients.. Run away from this place, Very low class in many ways. Let’s see if manager passes my email report to Corporate Office.

L J I am 72 years old and been having my teeth cleaned for 60 years. Never, ever, have I had my teeth cleaned the way this technician cleans your teeth. Her name is Jennifer. She is an amazing dental hygienist. You dont even know that she is in your mouth. Im not kidding you when I say this, and l am not exaggerating. She has cleaned my teeth twice. Each cleaning has been exceptional. Each timenot once and l am not exaggerating, never once did I feel a prick, any type of pain, and my teeth were clean to exception. She is an exceptional hygienist. Jennifer is a true asset to this practice. She is kind, patient and extremely thorough. She truly cares about your teeth, your mouth and how you take care of it. She treats your mouth as if it were hers. There arent enough words to describe this woman and her commitment to you the patient. Jennifer, thank you.
