5 /5 Robin Forster: Best Dental experience I’ve ever had! Amazing staff! I had not been to a dentist in a long time due to a car accident which involve a broken neck and titanium being installed in my spine. My mouth was in trouble but within two hours, after tons of laughs….I was walking out there with a game plan. Pretty smile here I come!

3 /5 Miss Peaches: Service was great outside the receptionist. Receptionist didn’t create a friendly environment by failing to greet upon arrival. I asked questions about initial appointment receipt and was told pricing and service should’ve been reviewed during last appointment. I was seeking clarity being that I paid out of pocket to determine if I was dropping Humana dental insurance. I was also interested in Aspen Dental Savings but decided not to ask further questions. The dental assistant, hygienist, and dentist/doctor was amazing. They did a wonderful job with making me feel comfortable, provided blankets, and constant check ins.

5 /5 Jahmirah Youngblood: I had a fantastic experience at my dental appointment with Dr. Finley and dental assistant Shaniya! From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel at ease. Dr. Finley took the time to explain every step of the procedure, ensuring that I was comfortable and informed. Shaniya was incredibly attentive and supportive throughout the appointment, always checking in to make sure I was okay. The office was clean and well-organized, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. I left feeling confident about my dental health and grateful for the excellent care I received. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Ebony Caldwell: This was my very first visit at Aspen Dental and Ms. Shaniya did my X-rays and prepped me for the Dr. she was very gentle and friendly. She made me feel super comfortable. The hygienist Ms. Susan was very sweet and told me I had excellent gums. Dr. Finley was very informative in providing tips on what I needed to do to keep my teeth in good shape. The overall staff was exceptional and very helpful. Glad to call Aspen Dental my forever home. 10’s all across the board!

1 /5 cassandra Manziano: I rarely leave bad reviews, but I felt compelled to after my recent visit here. My boyfriend and I were quoted on the phone for $49.99 to have a veneer cemented back on, which sounded reasonable, so we scheduled an appointment. However, upon arriving and after waiting for over 30 minutes, things quickly went downhill. We specifically told the staff that we didn’t want X-rays and that we were only there to have the veneer put back on, but the X-rays were still taken. We were assured multiple times that we wouldn’t have to pay for them. Unfortunately, the regional manager then came in with an attitude, stating they wouldn’t touch my boyfriend’s tooth without an X-ray and that the cost for the X-ray would be $138—along with an additional $133 to fix the tooth, making the total much higher than what we were initially quoted. The lack of communication and professionalism was frustrating, especially since we were on vacation and had rearranged our plans just to come here. To make matters worse, the offered $29 coupon felt like a poor attempt at making up for the confusion and the added cost. They need to stop giving misleading quotes over the phone and wasting peoples time. If you’re considering this place, be cautious and clarify all costs beforehand.
