5 /5 Lin Polinsky: I broke a tooth. I was able to make an appointment for the next day. The office staff was extremely friendly and efficient! When I arrived I had to only wait 5 minutes. I saw dr Perkins who was wonderful. He fixed my tooth quickly and painlessly. Everyone in the office was upbeat. What a great atmosphere! Thank you!

They worked with my budget and were able to make it happen. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I would like to say a special thank you to Crystal for being so sweet to me, I have been really nervous about going to the dentist and she made me feel so comfortable to come back. 10/10 definitely recommend Cooper Dental!

Delany, in particular, stands out for her exceptional customer service. She is incredibly friendly on the phone, takes the time to listen to all my questions, and always has a positive attitude. My recent cleaning was done by Melissa, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. She made sure I was comfortable and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Additionally, I had an issue with a refund that was resolved impressively quickly. The staff managed to solve it within a few hours, which was a huge relief. Overall, the team at Cooper Dental Group is truly amazing. Their dedication to excellent customer service and patient care is evident in every interaction. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly dental practice!

5 /5 jim lunn: Yes, thank you I would definitely like to say that as always, the Cooper Dental Group has provided my wife and I outstanding dental care. We have been patients with the group for many years and would not think to go elsewhere. All of the dentists, techs, hygienists and staff are knowledgeable, compassionate and friendly. My recent experience involved the loss of a crown at night. I was able to be seen and treated by Dr Perkins and I believe the technicians name was Missy. They were both outstanding in my treatment and care, continually making sure I was comfortable, and remained after hours to finish my procedure, which as I have said was done expertly. They did not rush but instead made sure all aspects of my treatment were done in the best manner possibly. I would definitely give a 5 star rating to Dr Perkins, Missy and all of the Cooper Dental Group.
