5 /5 A&S DiGrezia: I recently visited this location after relocating to Florida. Prior to my visit I had had a terrible experience with local competitor, Aspen Dental. Unless you yourself has lived with the shame that accompanies missing teeth, its hard to imagine how all encompassing it can be. More fortunate than many, I had undergone a full mouth reconstruction in 2004. As the years went by the likelihood of dentures increased after many significant complications and surgeries. Im unfortunately not a candidate for implants though that usually doesnt stop dentists from offering them. Aspen Dental offered me a lower implant denture for the reasonable price of 12,800. However, it came with the absolute criminal price of 6800 for a top denture without extractions ....huh? When I challenged how that could be possible I was treated like a problem child. After I got home I did the research I should have done on Aspen and came to find out that is their standard play to drive up costs. I then visited Affordable on a Wednesday. That day I had molds made, the next day my wax tryouts and just one day later was gifted with my new beautiful smile. In addition to this incredible timeline, the doctor is first class, genuine and honest. I was actually pleasantly taken back at his skill set as well as his concern for me and my mouth, not his bottom line. Shelby and Lydia were also incredible. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Not a cryer or a hugger, the day I received my dentures I cried tears of joy like a baby and hugged Lydia as she wiped them away. The front desk staff is also above par. They actually took the initiative to complete my insurance paperwork for my out of network reimbursement.....this task was my task to complete! This was so wonderful and so rare. It again speaks to the kind of practice you are dealing with. One last thing....the quote for my husband and I to receive top tier dentures with additional work, both of us, was less than the quote at Aspen for just a top denture with no extractions!!!!! My husband is about to start his implant journey and Im looking forward to coming back for his review. If you had any trepidation if this was the place for you....if maybe the name "Affordable" has got you thinking the work performed might be subpar... remove such thoughts and embrace the positives. Your new smile might not be "expensive" but the level of care you will receive is definitely worth a fortune! Many thanks to everyone at Affordable for giving me my smile and my life back!
