Chad Kopcak Honest, Friendly, and Professional I don’t usually leave reviews, but Assured Auto Works really impressed me. I brought in my Audi A4 for a humming noise I suspected was a wheel bearing. JD at the front desk was friendly and easy to talk to — we chatted about the car and all kinds of random things. It made the experience feel very personal and not just transactional. They diagnosed the issue quickly, kept me updated via text, and gave me clear options throughout the process. No pressure, just honest communication and quality work. He knew immediately the battery needed to be changed and how old it was and gave the car a great diagnostic. He replaced my battery and made sure everything was checked He is my go too mechanic now. Bob Haight Took some doing on Ken’s part to find a transmission for my van. After installing one from a place an hour north of me, it didn’t work so on the hunt again. Found one. Ken had it installed and knocked off some labor charges and his cohort worked on it all day on a Sunday. Much thanks to him and his team.
