Irina Help Center I had a great experience since we came in to ER at West Boca Medical Center. Our nurse Paul was very caring, professional and went of his way to help us and do everything he could. Then we went to Telemetry floor, nurces Evelina and Mary took a great care of us, making us feel very cozy. Also, they helped us with every request and question we had. What also helped is that Evelina spoke our language and she could understand everything in details. The view from the window outlooking water is very calming and Beautiful. Ken Turner My name is pastor Kendrick Turner and I am a patient in this great hospital I went through some things in this hospital the majority of the hospital is great you have some people that work here dont take care of the patient the right way but other than that I had no issues the doctors was great I had no problem with none of the nurses but the only issue I have is the nurse assistant they not on time theyre not on point they dont take care of the patients like they should but the nurses is outstanding the doctors the the physical therapy is great the dining room staff is great I have to rate this hospital and give them a five-star but like I said the only issue I had is the nurse assistant they need to be trained right they need to be able to know how to take care of the residents thats patience in this hospital but the other people filed the nurse the doctors the kitchen staff the physical therapy is outstanding and the social worker I recommend this hospital to anybody if you have any health issues all day everyday

She is One of a kind, very understanding and patient she explains everything in details and always take time to listen to his needs And schedule all his test she is an amazing person. Sheri Snow Cirilo Went to this practice to follow Dr. Scott Edele from his previous practice. He is a fantastic doctor that I highly recommend. I had my husband switch to him as well. He is very caring, thorough, knowledgeable, and takes his time in all aspects of your care. Being new to this location, I was a bit anxious. However, all of that went away quickly! I was greeted by a wonderful receptionist, the wait time was minimal, and the medical assistant was super pleasant as well! Had a great experience and would definitely recommend without hesitation!

Stephanie Cardoso I was really nervous to go to this clinic after reading 7 negative reviews but from making an appointment up to seeing the doctor I was so well treated that it actually surprised me. Everyone at the front desk was really nice and doctor Martinez was amazing. He took his time talking to me and explaining everything I needed to know, he didn’t rush at all through my consultation and was very attentive. I’m sad people only came here to leave bad reviews, that made me really anxious before my appointment, I wish more people with good experiences would leave their reviews as well. I don’t have a single complaint about this facility or doctor, and hope this review will help and ease someone that is looking for a pulmonologist.
